
Verbix.ai’s real-time call analytics has truly transformed the way our sales and support teams operate. The platform delivers highly accurate transcriptions, tagging, and analysis of our conversations. Its sentiment analysis and keyword tracking features have made it much easier to understand our customers’ needs and provide more effective coaching to our agents. Although the platform offers robust features, I found the integrations with certain CRMs, such as Zoho, to be somewhat awkward at first. Additionally, I would appreciate greater flexibility in the reporting templates.
