## usecure Reviews
 ### 1. Still a great value service which we can mostly automate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lloyd R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2022

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Random cyber awareness course recommendations based a a pool we build, automated phishing attacks from specified domains and known IP addresses to help get them through the email security, scheduled reports and customisation, great price, regular updates to improve the platform and service (not just pointless updates), Microsoft 365 integration (not that we have used it yet), security graph to show progress since starting. I want to onboard more customers but everyone is so busy and it seems to only be solicitors who push to make this happen

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I'm really scraping the barrel here but the ability to schedule a user and course participation report would help as I need to do that manually each month.

**Recommendations to others considering usecure:**

Be patient and spend time familiarizing yourself with the user interface and don't hesitate to ask for help from support and your account manager.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyber awareness training and simulated phishing attacks.

**Official Response from Jordan Daly:**

> Thanks for leaving a usecure review, Lloyd! Brilliant to see the positive feedback on our pricing and support team :)

- Jordan.

 ### 2. Vital for Training, Easy Setup and Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edemir M. | Business Support Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I initially used usecure for information and security training and it's a critical component of how we share new training material, including bespoke training. I also find it great for additional training like bullying and harassment. I appreciate that it allows us to have a centralized place for all our training records, which is fantastic for demonstrating to auditors during ISO accreditation audits. I find usecure easy to use, and the courses are more enjoyable with easy-to-digest content. The initial setup of usecure was very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The reporting mechanism still feels clunky and it could be more intuitive to have a way to see what courses have been sent recently, across all users. I'd like to have a course that has been sent, then through a drop down, see the users that have been enrolled and be able to filter only the ones that haven't completed the course.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

uSecure centralizes our training records, making it easier for audits, and provides enjoyable, easy-to-digest courses.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Edemir, thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you find usecure easy to use and that our interactive videos and training content are making a difference in improving compliance and security awareness.

It's great to know that our platform is meeting your expectations. If you ever have suggestions or feedback on how we can make it even better, we'd love to hear from you!

Thanks again for choosing usecure to support your infosec training.

 ### 3. Straightforward Phishing Simulations with Great Integrations and Strong Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Farrukh B. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Straight forward platform for Phishing Simulation, testing and policy management. User Interface is good. Has good integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Very easy to configure phishing simulations and gather information. Lots of built in templates to use.

Moreover the platform is regularly updated and the team behind the product is approachable and easy to work with.

Happy with the pricing of the product compared to some of the other products out there. Lot of value for what we pay.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Would like the getting started guide to be more detailed and more flexibility and clarity about how the simulations are done.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps us with regularly testing our human workforce for security and training. entire process of end to end human testing and training is handled via usecure. We also utilize the policy module to gather signatures on our policies.

 ### 4. Cyber Awareness and Compliance Training Suite with Custom options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W. | Jira administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The custom course builder is a standout feature for us. It gives us the flexibility to create training content that's tailored to our organisation's specific policies, tone, and risk areas, rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf material. This has made our security awareness training feel much more relevant to employees, which in turn has improved engagement. The interface is intuitive enough that we don't need any specialist skills to put together professional-looking courses."

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The main limitation we've encountered is with the custom course builder while it's a genuinely useful tool, it lacks support for animations, which can make it harder to create the more dynamic, engaging content that modern learners respond well to. Video support is also limited to Vimeo-hosted content, which isn't a dealbreaker but does add an extra step to the workflow and restricts flexibility. These aren't major issues, but addressing them would make an already strong feature even more powerful."

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary challenge was that staff security awareness was inconsistent across the organisation people had varying levels of understanding when it came to recognising threats like phishing, which left us exposed to human error. usecure has allowed us to roll out structured, ongoing training to our whole team in a way that's manageable at our scale. The result has been a more security-conscious workforce, and we've seen a noticeable reduction in the risky behaviours that can lead to incidents. Having visibility through the reporting tools also means we can identify where gaps still exist and address them proactively, rather than waiting for something to go wrong.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Jason, thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re really pleased to hear the custom course builder has helped you create training that feels more relevant to your organisation, policies, and tone, and that this has had a positive impact on engagement and awareness across your team.

We also appreciate the honest feedback on animation support and video hosting. We understand how important flexible, engaging content is when building effective training. We’ll make sure this is passed on to our team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. If you’d ever like guidance on getting more from the custom course builder, or support with your training setup, please feel free to get in touch, we’d be happy to help.

 ### 5. Effortless Phishing Campaigns and Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerio F. | Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I really appreciate usecure for being a highly flexible and effortlessly user-friendly solution. It delivers a huge bang for the buck. It's very simple to focus on what really matters without wasting time on admin work. I'm not losing hours understanding how it works out as there is no learning curve, even for my colleagues who can complete their training without complaining. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the documentation.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I'd like more AI help, for example, to craft my custom training tailored for my company.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for easy awareness training and phishing campaigns, saving time without crafting my own resources. It's user-friendly with no learning curve, allowing my team to focus on important tasks without admin hassle.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Valerio, thanks for sharing such detailed feedback! It’s great to hear that you’ve found usecure simple to set up, cost-effective, and easy for users to navigate, and we love that the course library and multilingual phishing templates have been a highlight.

Your note on auto-enrolment is really helpful. Once configured, courses can be automatically assigned based on groups or rules, but we appreciate it can take a little time to discover the most efficient setup. If you’d like a quick walkthrough or help fine-tuning automation, our Account Managers would be happy to jump on a call.

We’re glad usecure is helping you train people and show compliance with confidence. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

 ### 6. Automation and Ease with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like the ease of use and clean UI of usecure. Its automation of learning and phishing attempts is a significant advantage, especially as an MSP because it allows for a hands-off experience once I set up my custom settings. The initial setup was fairly simple, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Ulearn - No admin or managed oversight into what questions people got wrong, so you can see if it's a question issue or you need to dive deeper into staff training. Highlight in the portal what training is part of the Uphish process. Build a schedule for not automated content. Ubreach - End users can't see the passwords, that is outrageous, creates more work for IT admins. Uphish - Different forms other than email.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for managed learning and simulated phishing attacks, which removes admin tasks for an MSP. The automation makes it hands-off after setup, and the clean UI enhances ease of use.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Michael, thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. It’s really useful to hear where the platform is working well for you, and where there are areas that could be improved.

We’re glad to hear the clean UI, ease of use, and automation have been a positive part of your experience, especially from an MSP perspective.

I’ve passed your feedback on internally for review. In particular, the points around deeper admin visibility into learning performance, clearer visibility of how training is linked to phishing workflows, more flexibility for scheduling manually assigned content, broader phishing simulation options, and reducing admin effort in breach-related workflows are all valuable areas for us to consider. Feedback like this helps inform our product roadmap, so it’s appreciated.

If helpful, I can also point you toward the current help centre guidance for some of these areas in the meantime.

 ### 7. Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration and AI-Driven Security Training That Saves Hours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joan C. | Técnico de sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

What stands out most about usecure is its seamless balance between advanced automation and an incredibly intuitive UI/UX.

From an administrative perspective, the Microsoft 365 integration is flawless, allowing for automated user syncing that saves us hours of manual data entry every month. The Auto-Enrol feature is a game-changer for our workflow; it intelligently identifies individual security gaps and assigns tailored micro-learning modules without any manual intervention.

The performance of the phishing simulations (uPhish) provides tangible data on our human risk, delivering a clear ROI by significantly dropping our compromise rates. Furthermore, the uPolicy feature simplified our onboarding process by digitizing policy approvals in one central hub. It’s a powerful, AI-driven intelligence tool that makes complex cybersecurity training accessible and engaging for every employee, regardless of their technical background.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Gemini has said
Despite being an excellent tool, what I like least is that the advanced customization of phishing templates (uPhish) can be a bit limited if you're looking for an extreme level of detail or very specific fields outside of the standard. Additionally, although the UI/UX is impeccable, the reporting and analytics section sometimes feels somewhat rigid; I would like to have more freedom to create custom dashboards or export data with more granular filters without having to navigate through so many menus. Lastly, the content library of uLearn is of high quality, but the frequency of updates for new topics specific to industrial niches could be faster to keep up with the latest threats in highly specialized sectors.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gemini has said that usecure is designed to target the weakest link in the cybersecurity chain: the human factor. Instead of focusing solely on firewalls or antivirus, it addresses the behavioral issues that expose companies.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear the Microsoft 365 integration, automated enrolment, phishing simulations, and policy management features have been valuable for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on phishing template customisation, reporting flexibility, and content coverage for more specialised sectors, and we’ll share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

 ### 8. Effortless Security Training with Real Phishing Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I use usecure for phishing simulations, data security training, and health and safety training. I find the automated training helpful as it allows us to easily track who has completed their assigned training. The automated phishing emails are great because they require no manual intervention from us. I particularly enjoy the funny and informative videos in the training courses, which keep things light while effectively communicating the message. Also, using real phishing examples in emails increases the challenge, which I appreciate. The integration with Outlook works well for us. Initially, it was very easy to add everyone by importing them from a spreadsheet. Although using the API with our custom software was a bit challenging at first, once it was working, it functioned really well.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The create your own courses feature could add some more features such as adding videos from different sources such as Youtube. Being able to customize the font would be great.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find usecure automates training and easily tracks who has completed it, and the automated phishing emails save us time by being hands-off.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Anthony, thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear the automation, phishing simulations, training content, and Outlook integration have been working well for you, and that usecure is helping make training easier to manage and track.

We also appreciate the feedback on custom course creation, especially around video sources and font customisation. We create our training and animation content in house, so if you’d be open to sharing more detail on the kind of content or flexibility you’d like to see, please feel free to reach out via chat or to your Account Manager and we’d be happy to pass that on to the team.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

 ### 9. Our experience has been exceptional good.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tumane M. | CSIRT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like a lot of features from being able to simulate phishing, providing the email breaches and the short training with videos for different topics.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I'm not sure if there is anything. Maybe if we could use our own domain names for the testing user accounts instead of those suggested by usecure.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

uSecure is solving the problem of inadequate cybersecurity skills, and the users are benefitting greatly as now, they are able to make wise decisions and know when to engage technical support.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Tumane, thanks for the great review! We're so pleased to hear usecure is helping your users build real-world cyber skills and that features like phishing simulations and breach alerts are adding value. Really appreciate the feedback around custom domain names—we’ll pass that to our product team. Feel free to reach out to your account manager if you'd like to explore this further!

 ### 10. Automated Security Training with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I love that usecure is automated as heck! Most things are set-it-and-forget-it but also offer a way for me to manually assign tasks and create custom phishing simulations. The onboarding process is fairly easy and simple to set up. Any issues we have are addressed easily in documentation and support response. The flexibility of pricing and ease of use for onboarding, as well as the less hand-holding needed for our clients on the creation of content and campaigns, stand out. Usecure is very much automated in these ways, making the initial setup easy as pie.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Phishing Simulations could offer more intuitive or advanced customization on a per user basis - such as AI enhancement. I also would love to get better reporting. As is, it's OK - mostly what you need. But further breakdowns, like a question by question analysis of custom content made using the Course Builder, would be helpful to better tailor our clients' internal content testing.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure streamlines our Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulations, automating tasks and reducing manual effort while ensuring ease of use for onboarding and content creation.

 ### 11. Effortless Security Training with Automated Simulations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I use usecure for security awareness training and appreciate how it educates users about cybersecurity best practices and keeps them informed about potential threats. It has improved our overall security awareness by making users more conscious of common threats like phishing and social engineering. Managing and automating training is much easier with usecure, saving time while ensuring everyone stays updated with the latest security practices. I really like how easy it is to use and manage. The automation features are great, especially for assigning training and running phishing simulations without much manual effort. These features save a lot of time and effort because everything runs automatically based on predefined rules, and phishing simulations can be scheduled and customized in advance, ensuring continuous testing without extra work on our side. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

One area that could be improved is the training content. While it's generally useful, expanding it or making it more dynamic and engaging would help users get even more value from the platform.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure improves security awareness by making users conscious of threats like phishing. It makes training easier to manage and automate, saving time and keeping users updated.

 ### 12. Engaging Animations and Simulations Make Cybersecurity Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tsepang N. | Cybersecurity Engineer, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The way it makes it easy for non-technical people to understand cybersecurity and how they can keep themselves safe.I just love the animations even more. It makes understanding the courses and the concepts even more interesting. More over , i love the simulations which allow us to put what we learnt into practice.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

So far its perfect. Its user friendly. Relatively easy to use.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

uSecure addresses the issue of employees being unsure about which emails are safe to open because of concerns about phishing. With uSecure, employees are now able to identify phishing emails more easily and confidently.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Tsepang, thanks so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that the animations and simulations are making cybersecurity training engaging and easy to understand for your team. It’s great to know the platform is helping your employees confidently spot phishing emails and stay safe.

We really appreciate your kind words and are committed to keeping usecure effective and enjoyable for all users. Thanks again for trusting us with your security awareness training!

 ### 13. uSecure as a comprehensive solution to security awareness and more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason D. | Account Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about usecure?**

UBreach Pro provides fantastic insight for customers regarding their employee potential vulnerability in the dark web.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The training has improved and provides consistent content. I do not have any further recommendations.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a huge risk of users being targeted for security breaches and uSecure provides really useful training that is easy to complete. This addresses major concerns for companies where a large component of the staff are not technical.

 ### 14. Effortless Security Training with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I find usecure reasonably easy to use. The training provided is relatively basic, well presented, and appeals to a range of demographics - both technical and otherwise. The reporting dashboard is quite useful and looks nice. It provides us with the tools to manage the training program and report on the outcomes effectively.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

A particular bugbear is understanding what courses are outstanding for individuals. I have to click through to each user to see this when I'd prefer a 'courses outstanding' report. There's a weekly email that shares who has courses outstanding, and how many, but it doesn't quite have enough detail, and I can't seem to find an equivalent report in the website dashboard.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps manage our digital security training program for 100 staff, easing the reporting process. It's easy to use, and the training is well-presented for various demographics.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Matthew, thank you for your review. We’re really glad to hear usecure has been easy to use, and that the training and reporting have worked well for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on outstanding course reporting and will share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 15. Engaging Training Made Simple with usecure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that usecure is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our Microsoft environment, which means I don't have to worry about adding or removing users. The training content is also good, and the ability to create custom courses allows us to benefit from bespoke training, especially as it was important for us to update health and safety content. Setting it up was easy, and I can't recall any problems. The option to conduct monthly training makes it more interesting and engaging compared to our previous static and boring annual training.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The custom courses are great and we have created many courses but having more formatting tools in the editor would be great.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usecure improved our static annual training into engaging monthly sessions, integrates with Microsoft for seamless user management, and allows custom courses, modernizing our content.

 ### 16. Customizable Phishing and Security Training with Easy Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher G. | Owner-Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I really find usecure easy to use, with its portal being simple to navigate. I also appreciate how customizable it is, especially with the branding white label feature. The features for managing training, certifications, and automated phishing are fantastic. The breach notifications are particularly helpful in maintaining our security posture. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, making onboarding a breeze.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I would like to be able to embed the services provided into our unified customer portal (CloudRadial) as there is some overlap between categories. Aggregating everything into a single platform would be highly valuable.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps with training, security awareness, phish simulations, dark web monitoring, and breach notifications, enhancing our security posture. The portal is easy to navigate, the branding white label feature is useful, and managing training, certifications, and automated phishing is great.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for your review Christopher. We’re really glad to hear the platform has been easy to use from the start, and that the onboarding, white label branding, training management, phishing simulations, and breach notifications have been valuable for you.

We also really appreciate the feedback on embedding usecure into a unified customer portal like CloudRadial. We’ve shared this with our internal team, and feedback like this is incredibly valuable as it helps inform our roadmap and future improvements.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 17. Engaging Cybersecurity Training for Non-Technical Staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneka B. | HR Manager & Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that usecure features videos that are cheeky and well put together, keeping the viewer's attention. The short videos in drawing format are easy to understand and keep me engaged on the screen. Cyberto has even become a household name in our team. I also find that the reporting is easy to pull, the courses are easy to assign or automate, and the material is excellent for the target group. Plus, the simulated phishing feature is excellent, too.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

n/a

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for cybersecurity awareness training in a non-technical form, which is great for our non-technical staff. The cheeky, short videos keep attention, reporting is easy, courses are simple to assign, and the material is perfect for our target group.

 ### 18. Effortless Training with Engaging Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** peter@cns.ltd C. | IT Support Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that in usecure, the courses are labeled as easy, which makes it simple to send training to our customers. The dashboard is really easy to navigate, and the initial setup was really easy as well.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

We have an overlap in products which just means we have too many similar tools and I am not sure why usecure would jump out at me over the other platforms

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure to send tailored training when there's a specific security issue, and the courses are easy to label and distribute.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you find usecure simple to use and that automation, consistency, and visibility are making a real impact in reducing human risk. We appreciate your feedback on AI in training — our content and product teams are continuing to refine how we use it to make learning even more engaging and effective. **What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that training is factual, digestible and humorous. Easy to manage from an administrator's standpoint and easy to use from a user standing as well. All that you need from a training platform.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I'm not keen on some of the training videos that use AI Voices and people. They feel very jarring in comparison to the drawn comic style.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this internally at our business. Helps us keep on top of our knowledge and refreshes us on security standards

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Max, thanks so much for your thoughtful review and for trusting usecure! We’re really glad to hear you’re finding the platform easy to use and that the training content hits the mark in terms of being engaging and effective.

 ### 20. usecure Strengthens Client Security with Training and Phishing Simulations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin M. | Director of Client Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

We use usecure from an MSP perspective of managing many clients through the usecure platform. We heavily utilize security awareness training and phishing simulations. This helps clients move to a more secure state from the user perspective with an eye on security.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

usecure could utilize more video-based security awareness training for a more involved approach to user training.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping users secure through security awareness training, testing user security knowledge through phishing simulations and understanding completion rates of training, how many breaches have taken place etc.

 ### 21. High-Quality, Easy Deployment with Great Pricing and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

We use Usecure for training our staff, it was very easy to setup and roll out to users intergrating with our Microsoft 365 environment. The support we had during deployment and after has been very good. The courses are constantly updated which is good. We run the automated phishing programme which is excellent.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Nothing it all works perfectly and we are very happy with the software

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End user training on a regular basis and phishing tests which helps reduce our cyber insurance costs

 ### 22. Good Threat Intelligence, But from CTI side of things, could be better.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The leaks it notifies me about are generally easy to trace. Although some of these leaks involve reused information that was compromised a long time ago, I still find its performance in this area impressive.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Regarding the CTI, I’m not a fan of how information is obscured when it comes to leaks. I wish there were a way for threat intelligence officers responsible for responding to these leaks to have an assigned access level that lets them view the raw data in plain text, instead of having it obscured. That said, I do understand the need to comply with data-handling frameworks.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps address gaps in cybersecurity awareness and provides monitoring of user profiles to detect leaks and breaches.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for sharing such detailed feedback! Great to hear you find our breach and leak alerts helpful in tracing compromised data. We appreciate your comments regarding access to raw data for CTI teams. We understand the balance between data transparency and compliance with data handling frameworks can be challenging. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our product team as they continue to evaluate ways to support different user roles while maintaining security standards.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any more insights or suggestions — we’re always here to listen and work together to make usecure even better.

 ### 23. User-Friendly Platform with Great Support, Needs Better Google Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that usecure automatically chases my users when they haven't completed courses. I appreciate the fact that we can send phishing simulations and also create our own phishing simulation templates. The initial setup is very easy, and the support is amazing.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

They don't support Google as well as perhaps they could. I think they're starting to move in that direction. For instance, you can't use the report phishing button just simply doesn't exist for Google at the moment.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for teaching our staff about IT security. It's an easy-to-manage platform for providing training. It automates reminders for incomplete courses, allows sending phishing simulations, and lets us create customized phishing templates.

 ### 24. Versatile Phishing Simulations, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan P. | Service Desk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I use usecure for training videos, sending out phishing emails, and managing company policies. I like the wide range of simulations available, which include different options of fake landing pages and attachments. This variety is particularly helpful for the different companies we have on the platform. I also found the initial setup of usecure to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Possibility of adding more attachment simulations. A wider variety would be more beneficial.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for training videos, sending phishing emails, and company policies, helping alert end users to fake phishing emails. The wide range of simulations with different fake landing pages and attachments is helpful for the different companies on our platform.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Ryan, thanks for the great review. We’re so pleased to hear the variety of phishing simulations, landing pages, attachments, and training tools have been valuable for you, and that setup was easy from the start.

We also appreciate the feedback on expanding the range of attachment simulations and will share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

 ### 25. Engaging Cybersecurity Training with Customizable Phishing Tests

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara R. | IT assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like the courses it sends to staff monthly, as staff training on cyber security and potential threats are very important, the training is also not boring and is done in a way that anyone could understand. It's good in checking how up to date staff are in taking part of the training. Another great feature is that it allows you to create fake phishing emails as a test.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The only feedback I've had from staff is that they've noticed the training courses aren't the same each time a new one goes out, so sometimes they may feel they have missed out on some of the courses others have taken and not know the same information.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with getting staff up to date on cyber security issues and threats, and how to deal with it and what to look for. The material and quiz curated for it is easily digestible and quick enough for staff to do without it interrupting with work time and tasks.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Tamara, thanks so much for your detailed review! We’re really glad to hear that the monthly courses and phishing simulations are helping keep your staff engaged and up to date on cybersecurity. Making training accessible and interesting for everyone is something we’re passionate about.

We appreciate your feedback about course variety — we understand how it might feel like some content is missed. Our approach involves regularly updating and refreshing content while rotating courses to keep training relevant and engaging. That said, we’ll definitely share your comments with our content team to review the rotation process and explore ways to ensure everyone receives the essential knowledge they need.

If you or your team members have any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your account manager.

I like the easy-to-use platform of usecure; it makes the functions we use it for straightforward and accessible. The modern UI is a big plus, as it's easy to navigate and find various settings and information. Additionally, the support team is fantastic—very prompt and helpful whenever we have questions about the platform or its functionalities. The initial setup was very easy too; we were up and running in just a few days.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Sr. Cyber Defense Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like usecure's ease of use and quick setup. With a smaller IS team, it makes it easier to handle the day to day without much effort. The implementation did not require a project but rather a small team to stand up in a day. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Very basic with not a lot of templates.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for phishing simulation campaigns, which helps keep our users agile and attentive to dangerous emails. Its ease of use and quick setup support a smaller IS team to manage tasks without much effort, with implementation achievable by a small team in a day.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

 ### 28. Compliance Made Easy, Minor Interface Flaws

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey D. | Technical Services Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like usecure for its ease of use and the mostly 'set and forget' type setup. The initial setup was pretty easy from memory.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The Outlook action button for reporting as phishing seems close to useless, and a lot of the reports and pages showing inactive users by default can be annoying. As well as not auto unenrolling inactive users in courses and whatnot. It would also make a lot of sense for uSecure to offer additional email filtering and monitoring.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for compliance and governance in our staff security posture. It's easy to use with a 'set and forget' setup.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks Bailey for your review. We’re really pleased to hear usecure has been easy to use and helped make compliance and governance more manageable with a more set-and-forget approach.

We also appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback on the reporting button, inactive user visibility, unenrolment, and wider email filtering. We’ve passed this on to our internal team, and feedback like this is incredibly valuable in helping shape our roadmap and future improvements.

Thanks again for sharing your experience.

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that the dark web scanning feature is extended to more of the dark web and that I will get alerts should my credentials be found.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Offer a home version for family use, it’s a common question we get when speaking to customers about it.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay mindful of general cybersecurity and makes me more aware of the new methods cybercriminals are using.

 ### 30. Easy Setup and Targeted Training That Fits Users’ Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike G. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Easy setup, not monolithic, and it narrows the training down to what the users actually need vs a 1 size fits all approach.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

No real downside for my use case. Some of the navigation could be more clear.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps lessen my workload as it can create the neccessary training based on how the user performs and if they fall for phishing emails.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Mike, thank you for your great review. We’re so pleased to hear the setup has been easy and that the targeted approach to training is helping reduce your workload and better support users based on their needs.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

It could help by choosing multiple people in some windows rather than individuals.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem regarding security is users. Equipment can be patched and configured , software updates applied, but you cannot reboot a user!

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Stuart, thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear usecure has been simple to install and use, with strong reporting, Microsoft 365 sync, and pricing that works well for your team.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The portal is slightly challenging to navigate around. I thought I would find it easy, being an IT guy, but it wasn't obvious where everything was.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps us show clients who is vulnerable and reduces day-to-day onboarding admin by syncing with Google and 365.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I am mainly impressed by it's ability to automate phishing simulations and detect user interactions.

It currently lacks native language support for Sesotho and I think the phishing simulations can be made better with cultural context.

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

still quite repetitive in their trianing.

The trainer modules on information security are really good; they're light-hearted yet deliver a clear message effectively. I appreciate the phishing email program for its fantastic impact on training our staff to be vigilant against email threats. The content is excellent, and the pricing is very good. Additionally, I value the ability to upload and distribute our own training programs to all colleagues. Overall, usecure is a really, really good product.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I think potentially removing users who might have left the business can be somewhat tricky.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps train staff to be vigilant against phishing emails and other threats, enhancing our information security.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Sam, thanks so much for the detailed review. Great to hear setup was smooth, the training lands well, and our team and help guides made a difference. On removing leavers, this can be automated with directory sync so deactivated accounts drop out without manual work. If you’d like, we’d be happy to help you get that set up and review your offboarding flow—just reach out to us anytime. We truly appreciate you being with us!

 ### 49. Fantastic Support and Pricing, Needs Stability Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli J. | Junior Systems Administrator (IT Support), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The customer service has been fantastic since the very start, and the price is excellent! The initial setup of usecure was very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Platform has some stability issues, though they seem to be fixing it. Just make it more stable and responsive!

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for staff training, addressing our need for phishing simulations and cybersecurity courses.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Eli, thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear the setup was easy, and that both the support experience and pricing have stood out positively for you.

We also appreciate the feedback on stability and responsiveness. This is something we take seriously, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with the team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

 ### 50. Great for User-Friendly Policy Distribution and Training, but Metrics Need Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick J. | Head of IT and Digital Transformation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

ease of use for feature level, we use the system for distribution of policies, phishing simulations and user micro learnings. Whilst the technical depth of the courses is not as detailed as I would like, actually from a base level end user perspective it is probably just about right. I very much like the initial GAP analysis

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

some of the metrics seem designed to promote what a great job Usecure is doing rather than highlighting organisational weaknesses.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Micro-learnings for my user base are helping to drive threat awareness. Phishing simulations help to highlight areas that need further attention.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Nick, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear you find usecure user-friendly and effective for policy distribution, phishing simulations, and micro-learnings. It’s great that the GAP analysis is helping set the right foundation for your security awareness journey.

We appreciate your honest comments regarding the metrics. Our goal is to provide insights that both celebrate progress and highlight areas needing improvement, so your feedback is valuable as we continue refining our reporting tools to better support organisational needs.

Thanks again for trusting usecure to help drive threat awareness and improve your team’s security posture!
