The different training modules for different levels is a great way to approach staff. Our Account Manager Alex has been brilliant to deal with, whether it be on a question regarding the platform, or assisting in getting marketing material put together. **What do you dislike about usecure?** Being unable to use a demo function, and having to show customers our own data would be the main downside - however this is a very minimal negative. **What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** The security awareness training for our customers has been great, and really allows them to see what level and aware their staff have when it comes to phishing and Cyber Security. ### 2. Newly added reporting features also help clients understand the value the platform drives in their business. **What do you dislike about usecure?** It can be difficult getting engagement from users and clients. And we need some deeper integration with MSP tools like ConnectWise. Love that it syncs with M365 directories and that it has the "autophish" option. **What do you dislike about usecure?** We're an MSP, and the multitenancy functionality could use some work. It's currently quite labor intensive to conduct campaigns across our client base. There is no "batch deploy" option for campaigns or anything else. If we want to create a custom campaign, we must create it 48 times for all 48 of our clients. The same issue applies to creating custom reports. A real plus that our customers are using, is the policies function, they report that it's great for all their corporate policies and procedures. **What do you dislike about usecure?** Initially we didn't like the setup process for whitelisting IP addresses to ensure that Phishing simulations got delivered. Short and sweet (and often funny!), the videos have had a significant positive impact on user awareness regarding cyber security. **What do you dislike about usecure?** I honestly cannot think of anything that I do not like about the product. If I had to pick something, it would be only being able to use one logo to brand the user portal; being able to add our large logo and the smaller one would be possibly useful... **What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** User security. 89% of attacks on a business are aimed at people, not computers, because people are easier to exploit. Training videos are short but effective, and each has a 10-question test at the end to ensure the users have understood the topic. The topics are prioritised based on an initial assessment. The administration is very easy, especially compared to some competitive products. There's a good range of phishing templates and training videos. **What do you dislike about usecure?** There are no significant downsides to the product. The Gap Analysis questionnaire is great for assigning training courses based on users' weaknesses. The Microsoft 365 integration is also a nice feature as it ensures any new user added to their active directory is enrolled on the Gap Analysis and subsequently enrolled on training courses without any tasks required by the Administrator. The ability to brand each outgoing email and each customer Admin portal is another cool feature, making the experience more personal to the customer. The feature which automatically enrols a user onto a training course of your choice when they're compromised by a phishing email is another example of how the continuous management of the portal is minimised. **What do you dislike about usecure?** It would be great to be able to download the uLearn and Risk Reports into a PDF, although their development team are already working on this improvement. A Google Workspace integration in the future would be a great addition as our client base uses both M365 and Google. Some more bulk action options would be cool too, such as resending training courses for any users who may have missed the first rollout date. Lastly, if I want to carry out a Human Risk Report for a new prospect whose IT environment we don't manage yet, we're unable to carry out the phishing simulation stage as it requires us to contact their existing IT service provider to ask them to whitelist uSecure's IP addresses and the selected sender domain. This, of course, isn't feasible as it creates too much friction for the prospect. **What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple customers are struggling with security awareness and have been victims of breaches recently. uSecure's pre-loaded training courses and phishing simulations take away nearly all the manual groundwork required to kickstart a security awareness training campaign for clients. Some of our clients also recently enquired about seamless rollouts of company policies, which uSecure's uPolicy feature will help greatly with. Our company had a general issue of not having any solid data to present to clients who we did manual Dark Web Scans for.
