"Cyberto is a Legend!"

What do you like best about usecure?

The training courses are really good and my staff all loved beating Cyberto during the tests. The content is delivered in a way that all staff can understand, it is original, isnt boring and gets the message across.

The phishing tests are also great and do test the users ability to catch out a scam email.

Best thing about both is you can sync your o365 tenant and new people are auto created and enrolled on a training course and also put forward for phishing tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

The phishing courses sent out were all the same to every member of staff and the range of domain names used to send the emails wasnt vast enough. It would be better if different phishing tests were sent out to the staff and not the exact same. This causes staff to tell others that the email was a training email. What do you like best about usecure?

Being MSP focused, the amount of attention and effort put into providing resources like marketing and sales collateral was perhaps the best part of getting started. We were able to create a library of resources based on Usecures templates in hours and days rather than weeks and months. This allowed us to started selling quickly and easily. The features of the platform are well thought out and the onboarding process is incredbily well streamline, making implementation an absolute breeze. The automation features are also some of the best I've seen in a platform like this, meaning the administration time is absolutley minimal. Support has been incredibly repsonsive and helpful! What do you dislike about usecure?

Currently, the landing page domains and some of the tracking/measurement tools built into emails are less reliable than I would ideally like to see. While I have yet to have any issues with clients, it is noted in the tool that many domains may get caught by basic browser detections and blocked, making testing ineffective. Bitdefender as tends to block much of the provided domains and tracking metrics, so configuring AV whitelists as part of your client configurations should be considered during onboarding. What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usecure has allowed us to provide services to our clients that would either be cost prohibitive or impossible to otherwise provide. The functionality that Usecure provides is perfectly complimentary to our own, giving us a way to maintain consistent top of mind with our clients, as well as provide inexpensive and high quality service that our clients actually need. Policy management is a stand out feature. Looks for active known breaches. Policy management is a great feature and value. Tests your security and users for only a few bucks. "A simple solution"

What do you like best about usecure?

The fact that it comes with lesson plans already created and that these get tailored to each user based on their performance. The auto-phish feature is really nice as it allows one to set up a phishing testing/training program in a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

I wish there was more information on the "users" page. Customizable columns would be nice so I can rapidly see where everyone is at in a single glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?

This provides an essentially "pre-built" solution for training employees in security and also seeing how vulnerable they are. We have been looking for a solution for this and didn't want to have to create something from scratch. Usecure has everything ready so that I can simply enroll users and it does the rest. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate around. The loading times have also been quick for me. It's very quick to enroll new customers and implement into their cyber security setup. Really easy system to use, with courses sent to your email address. The admin side is great as well, as it's simple to select a course.

"Simple and Effective"

What do you like best about usecure?

Usecure was easy to configure and deploy. Has the features snecessary for any business to stay up to date on relevant information. The phishing simulations are easily configurable and the templates can make it even easier. They have always been easy to reach and offered plenty of support during onboarding. I have only deployed it in a Microsoft echosystem but I'd assume it's just as easy with Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

There could be more templates for phishing simulation deployments to make it even easier. Also, I wish the automatic trainings that are assigned could have a prioritization so that we can push a topic to the front without disrupting the automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand your suggestions for more phishing simulation templates and we are currently working on creating new templates. With regards to the prioritisation of certain topics for automatic training, we'll take this into consideration for future uPhish enhancements. However for now, you can also manually enrol users in a particular course you wish to prioritise either in Users and clicking on the action items arrow, or in the uLearn course library, and selecting enrol users.
