It is very robust in terms of finding the right training for the organization. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** Finding a specific user in the console with respect to specific training can take some time. It does not search directly by name. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to provide annual security trainings with ease. We can add specific modules if needed to each training, for example, how to send emails for phishing to Proofpoint using PhishAlarm. ### 2. Implementation was very simple and easy to understand, any issues were handled by the TAM quickly. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** Some of the user training material can be difficult to work with. Translations can be poor with native speakers struggling with the translation. **What problems is Proofpoint ZenGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Both phish protection using CLEAR and security awareness training for the userbase. Assisting our users to be integral to the security of the organisation by understanding what threats are out there and how to spot them. This also provides context to the business on how many threats are received and targeted at specific teams/users ### 4.
