What do you like best about Proofpoint Security Awareness Training?

One of the advantages of using PSAT is there collection of phishing email templates for you to choose from. These templates can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. This is a tool that a use atleast several times a month due to it's ease of use and ability to implement a new phishing campaign for the month. What do you dislike about Proofpoint Security Awareness Training?

What problems is Proofpoint Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product deeply focuses on making the phishing campaigns easy to setup. The tool provides you with enough flexibility - Attributes to be ingested and to be reflected in the reports, custom end times for the campaigns and editable subdomains for the login/landing pages so that you can actually make it more reliable looking. Also, the customer support helps a lot in catering to the exact need and are very quick to fix on high priority actionable items. The platform also provides good variety of training content, which can be editable to add some of your own content/quiz questions etc (with the option to export the training material and use it in internal learning portals). What do you like best about Proofpoint Security Awareness Training?

Easy to set up training for a group of users or for the entire organisation. Phishing campaigns are also great and I love how I can customize them. It's also great that we can add back jackets to trainings, allowing users to read and accept our policies, such as for our users that must take PCI DSS training before handling credit card data.
