These templates can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. This is a tool that a use atleast several times a month due to it's ease of use and ability to implement a new phishing campaign for the month. We have a psat account manager that meets with us on a monthly basis to decide which template would be best. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** At times, we feel there should be a new feature or process used to help train our users. The tool provides you with enough flexibility - Attributes to be ingested and to be reflected in the reports, custom end times for the campaigns and editable subdomains for the login/landing pages so that you can actually make it more reliable looking. Also, the customer support helps a lot in catering to the exact need and are very quick to fix on high priority actionable items. The platform also provides good variety of training content, which can be editable to add some of your own content/quiz questions etc (with the option to export the training material and use it in internal learning portals). Phishing campaigns are also great and I love how I can customize them. It's also great that we can add back jackets to trainings, allowing users to read and accept our policies, such as for our users that must take PCI DSS training before handling credit card data. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint ZenGuide?** Not much to dislike.
