I find setting up usecure to be easy enough, especially with the help provided and the fantastic account manager support. I love the abundance of helpful articles that make the process smooth. The trainer modules on information security are really good; they're light-hearted yet deliver a clear message effectively. I appreciate the phishing email program for its fantastic impact on training our staff to be vigilant against email threats. The content is excellent, and the pricing is very good. This platform is straightforward and lightweight, making setup incredibly fast. Compared to other options, it is also very cost-effective. The courses themselves are easy to follow, and you have the flexibility to create your own. The course library stands out for its quality, there are plenty of courses available, but not so many that it becomes overwhelming to navigate. Some features are a bit unintuitive (like auto-enroll), and it’s missing a few extra touches that could make the product truly outstanding. The fact that in order to distribute them unanimously or automatically, I have to select individual users and then remember the exact names of the courses is a bit annoying, but absolutely not invalidating.
