"Usecure for Business"

What do you like best about usecure?

Usecure has 4 main pillars, which are based around training, learning, polices and breaches. As a business we use each of the pillars daily to train our staff and keep the business secure. The phising simulation software is brilliant as this is keeping staff alert to potential phising attacks. The learning modules are great and these can be worked into annual learning stratergies for staff members.

The price of the software is surprising low also.

The customer support comes from a dedicated manager. Ours is great and is always on hand to help with any techincal issues or advice on how best to use the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

What do you like best about usecure?

This platform is straightforward and lightweight, making setup incredibly fast. Compared to other options, it is also very cost-effective. The courses themselves are easy to follow, and you have the flexibility to create your own. The course library stands out for its quality, there are plenty of courses available, but not so many that it becomes overwhelming to navigate. The phishing templates are particularly impressive, well-designed, and even available in Italian, which is quite uncommon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about usecure?

Some features are a bit unintuitive (like auto-enroll), and it’s missing a few extra touches that could make the product truly outstanding. The fact that in order to distribute them unanimously or automatically, I have to select individual users and then remember the exact names of the courses is a bit annoying, but absolutely not invalidating. Your note on auto-enrolment is really helpful. Once configured, courses can be automatically assigned based on groups or rules, but we appreciate it can take a little time to discover the most efficient setup.
