## About usecure
usecure is a Human Risk Intelligence (HRI) software platform that helps managed service providers and internal IT teams identify, manage and reduce human cyber risk across users and organisations. Building on its roots in Human Risk Management (HRM), usecure has evolved beyond traditional security awareness training to provide a more complete view of the human layer. The platform combines adaptive learning, phishing simulation, exposed credential monitoring, policy management, identity-based risk intelligence and multi-tenant service delivery in one system. Traditional security awareness platforms typically focus on course completion, assessment scores or phishing results. These measures remain important, but they only show part of the picture. Human cyber risk also develops across identity, access, security hygiene, exposed credentials, behaviour and awareness - signals that are often held in separate tools and viewed in isolation. usecure connects these signals around each user, helping teams understand where risk is building, which users or customers require attention and which actions are likely to make the greatest difference. It also automates recurring activities such as training, phishing campaigns, policy distribution, breach monitoring, compliance evidence and reporting. MSPs can manage these activities across multiple customer environments through a central, multi-tenant platform. Internal IT teams can use the same capabilities to understand and reduce risk across their own workforce. Key Capabilities: • Adaptive security awareness training (uLearn): Delivers relevant learning based on each person’s knowledge, behaviour and actual risk, rather than relying solely on generic annual courses. Training can be automated, personalised and adjusted as an individual’s risk changes. • Phishing simulation and behaviour testing (uPhish): Runs realistic phishing campaigns to assess user susceptibility, identify knowledge gaps and support targeted follow-up learning. Campaigns, templates and reporting can be managed centrally. • Policy management and automation (uPolicy): Supports the creation, distribution and tracking of organisational policies. Teams can automate policy assignments, monitor acknowledgements and maintain records for governance and compliance purposes. • Exposed credential and breach monitoring (uBreach): Identifies credentials associated with known data breaches, helping teams understand which users or domains may be exposed and where further investigation or remediation is required. • Human risk intelligence and prioritisation (uHealth): Connects identity, access, exposed credential, behaviour and awareness signals into a single risk score for every user. It highlights combinations of risk factors that need attention and prioritises the actions likely to have the greatest impact. • Multi-tenant service delivery (uService): Helps MSPs manage customers, users, security activity and reporting centrally, supporting the scalable delivery of human risk services across multiple organisations. usecure supports use cases including security awareness, phishing resilience, identity and access risk assessment, exposed credential monitoring, policy management, compliance reporting and prioritised remediation. Its purpose is to make human cyber risk visible and measurable while reducing the manual work required to manage it at scale. usecure was named 'Computing’s Security Vendor of the Year 2026' and has also been recognised as a 'Leader' by G2 and a 'Category Leader' by Channel Program.
