The Custom LMS for building the training courses has very smooth functionality. **What do you dislike about usecure?** As a beginner with Usecure, you'll find it hard to go about running effective phishing campaigns. The uPolicy functionality is a nice bonus but only fulfils the most basic need. Basic design customisation (colors and logo) is available. **What do you dislike about usecure?** The actual uLearn training and awareness is far from great and very much experienced as a nuisance across the organization. We are currently reviewing other suppliers. **What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do use all of the functionality to some extent; uPhish, uLearn, uBreach, uPolicy. Having come from not having any other such functionality in the business, it very much enables us to meet minimum requirements of "check-box compliance". ### 15. Their user interface looks fresh and modern. Most of the training videos seem well produced with a decent mix of professional and 'fun'. **What do you dislike about usecure?** I don't like how, as a whitelabeled service, they have hard-branded the different modules of service, (uPhish, uLearn, etc). That stuff should be very generic so it doesn't clash with a reseller's own branding. So far I did catch one video with a baby crying in the background of the audio. Some of the 'fun' videos seem a bit cringy to me, but I accept that other people may respond better to that kind of tone. **Recommendations to others considering usecure:** Give some thought as to how uSecure fits into your MSP service stack and how you want to present it to clients...as a self-service or a managed service. Then build your solution and story around that. uSecure has excellent partner resources to work. If designed right it can be low/no touch in regards to maintenance. For an MSP it's a great tool to highlight the knowledge gaps in a business and to help close those gaps with useful reporting. There is a great selection of Phishing simulation templates out of the box but it's also super easy to create custom templates. These can be automatically sent out on a schedule so there is minimum touch once the initial setup is done. One important thing from our perspective is how easy it is for our customers to understand the reports and as the training s interactive with multiple choice and videos, they don't mind doing the training. **What do you dislike about usecure?** Nothing major at all. The only thing is if you want to set up your custom phishing simulation templates then you need to assign some time to get these set up. Spend some time getting these right as it will sell itself when the customers see the results. **What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using uSecure is helping businesses keep their systems safe through easy and engaging training. The fact that human error is the biggest threat to any business means that closing the knowledge gaps is a huge benefit to businesses that choose to use uSecure. This is also helping with compliance as we have found that more and more Cyber insurers are requesting that user training is a part of the business to get the best cover. You can import users and groups from a CSV file or through 365, so it couldn't be quicker to get your organisation started. Setting up courses is as easy as enrolling individual users or setting up auto-enrolment, you also have the option to set compulsory courses. There are a lot of pre-built courses on Usecure or there is a course builder to customise one for a niche. Almost it supports a few common languages like English, French, Dutch, and Chinese.
