## About usecure
usecure is a Human Risk Intelligence (HRI) software platform that helps managed service providers and internal IT teams identify, manage and reduce human cyber risk across users and organisations. Building on its roots in Human Risk Management (HRM), usecure has evolved beyond traditional security awareness training to provide a more complete view of the human layer. The platform combines adaptive learning, phishing simulation, exposed credential monitoring, policy management, identity-based risk intelligence and multi-tenant service delivery in one system. Traditional security awareness platforms typically focus on course completion, assessment scores or phishing results. These measures remain important, but they only show part of the picture. Human cyber risk also develops across identity, access, security hygiene, exposed credentials, behaviour and awareness - signals that are often held in separate tools and viewed in isolation. usecure connects these signals around each user, helping teams understand where risk is building, which users or customers require attention and which actions are likely to make the greatest difference. It also automates recurring activities such as training, phishing campaigns, policy distribution, breach monitoring, compliance evidence and reporting. MSPs can manage these activities across multiple customer environments through a central, multi-tenant platform. Internal IT teams can use the same capabilities to understand and reduce risk across their own workforce. Key Capabilities: • Adaptive security awareness training (uLearn): Delivers relevant learning based on each person’s knowledge, behaviour and actual risk, rather than relying solely on generic annual courses. Training can be automated, personalised and adjusted as an individual’s risk changes. • Phishing simulation and behaviour testing (uPhish): Runs realistic phishing campaigns to assess user susceptibility, identify knowledge gaps and support targeted follow-up learning. Campaigns, templates and reporting can be managed centrally. • Policy management and automation (uPolicy): Supports the creation, distribution and tracking of organisational policies. Teams can automate policy assignments, monitor acknowledgements and maintain records for governance and compliance purposes. • Exposed credential and breach monitoring (uBreach): Identifies credentials associated with known data breaches, helping teams understand which users or domains may be exposed and where further investigation or remediation is required. • Human risk intelligence and prioritisation (uHealth): Connects identity, access, exposed credential, behaviour and awareness signals into a single risk score for every user. It highlights combinations of risk factors that need attention and prioritises the actions likely to have the greatest impact. • Multi-tenant service delivery (uService): Helps MSPs manage customers, users, security activity and reporting centrally, supporting the scalable delivery of human risk services across multiple organisations. usecure supports use cases including security awareness, phishing resilience, identity and access risk assessment, exposed credential monitoring, policy management, compliance reporting and prioritised remediation. Its purpose is to make human cyber risk visible and measurable while reducing the manual work required to manage it at scale. usecure was named 'Computing’s Security Vendor of the Year 2026' and has also been recognised as a 'Leader' by G2 and a 'Category Leader' by Channel Program.

## usecure Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Phishing Campaigns and Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerio F. | Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I really appreciate usecure for being a highly flexible and effortlessly user-friendly solution. It delivers a huge bang for the buck. It's very simple to focus on what really matters without wasting time on admin work. I'm not losing hours understanding how it works out as there is no learning curve, even for my colleagues who can complete their training without complaining. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the documentation.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I'd like more AI help, for example, to craft my custom training tailored for my company.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for easy awareness training and phishing campaigns, saving time without crafting my own resources. It's user-friendly with no learning curve, allowing my team to focus on important tasks without admin hassle.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Valerio, thanks for sharing such detailed feedback! It’s great to hear that you’ve found usecure simple to set up, cost-effective, and easy for users to navigate, and we love that the course library and multilingual phishing templates have been a highlight.

Your note on auto-enrolment is really helpful. Once configured, courses can be automatically assigned based on groups or rules, but we appreciate it can take a little time to discover the most efficient setup. If you’d like a quick walkthrough or help fine-tuning automation, our Account Managers would be happy to jump on a call.

We’re glad usecure is helping you train people and show compliance with confidence. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

 ### 2. Automated Security Training with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I love that usecure is automated as heck! Most things are set-it-and-forget-it but also offer a way for me to manually assign tasks and create custom phishing simulations. The onboarding process is fairly easy and simple to set up. Any issues we have are addressed easily in documentation and support response. The flexibility of pricing and ease of use for onboarding, as well as the less hand-holding needed for our clients on the creation of content and campaigns, stand out. Usecure is very much automated in these ways, making the initial setup easy as pie.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Phishing Simulations could offer more intuitive or advanced customization on a per user basis - such as AI enhancement. I also would love to get better reporting. As is, it's OK - mostly what you need. But further breakdowns, like a question by question analysis of custom content made using the Course Builder, would be helpful to better tailor our clients' internal content testing.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure streamlines our Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulations, automating tasks and reducing manual effort while ensuring ease of use for onboarding and content creation.

 ### 3. Effortless Security Training with Automated Simulations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I use usecure for security awareness training and appreciate how it educates users about cybersecurity best practices and keeps them informed about potential threats. It has improved our overall security awareness by making users more conscious of common threats like phishing and social engineering. Managing and automating training is much easier with usecure, saving time while ensuring everyone stays updated with the latest security practices. I really like how easy it is to use and manage. The automation features are great, especially for assigning training and running phishing simulations without much manual effort. These features save a lot of time and effort because everything runs automatically based on predefined rules, and phishing simulations can be scheduled and customized in advance, ensuring continuous testing without extra work on our side. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

One area that could be improved is the training content. While it's generally useful, expanding it or making it more dynamic and engaging would help users get even more value from the platform.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure improves security awareness by making users conscious of threats like phishing. It makes training easier to manage and automate, saving time and keeping users updated.

 ### 4. Effortless Security Training with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I find usecure reasonably easy to use. The training provided is relatively basic, well presented, and appeals to a range of demographics - both technical and otherwise. The reporting dashboard is quite useful and looks nice. It provides us with the tools to manage the training program and report on the outcomes effectively.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

A particular bugbear is understanding what courses are outstanding for individuals. I have to click through to each user to see this when I'd prefer a 'courses outstanding' report. There's a weekly email that shares who has courses outstanding, and how many, but it doesn't quite have enough detail, and I can't seem to find an equivalent report in the website dashboard.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps manage our digital security training program for 100 staff, easing the reporting process. It's easy to use, and the training is well-presented for various demographics.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Matthew, thank you for your review. We’re really glad to hear usecure has been easy to use, and that the training and reporting have worked well for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on outstanding course reporting and will share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 5. Customizable Phishing and Security Training with Easy Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher G. | Owner-Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I really find usecure easy to use, with its portal being simple to navigate. I also appreciate how customizable it is, especially with the branding white label feature. The features for managing training, certifications, and automated phishing are fantastic. The breach notifications are particularly helpful in maintaining our security posture. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, making onboarding a breeze.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I would like to be able to embed the services provided into our unified customer portal (CloudRadial) as there is some overlap between categories. Aggregating everything into a single platform would be highly valuable.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps with training, security awareness, phish simulations, dark web monitoring, and breach notifications, enhancing our security posture. The portal is easy to navigate, the branding white label feature is useful, and managing training, certifications, and automated phishing is great.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for your review Christopher. We’re really glad to hear the platform has been easy to use from the start, and that the onboarding, white label branding, training management, phishing simulations, and breach notifications have been valuable for you.

We also really appreciate the feedback on embedding usecure into a unified customer portal like CloudRadial. We’ve shared this with our internal team, and feedback like this is incredibly valuable as it helps inform our roadmap and future improvements.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 6. Good Threat Intelligence, But from CTI side of things, could be better.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The leaks it notifies me about are generally easy to trace. Although some of these leaks involve reused information that was compromised a long time ago, I still find its performance in this area impressive.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Regarding the CTI, I’m not a fan of how information is obscured when it comes to leaks. I wish there were a way for threat intelligence officers responsible for responding to these leaks to have an assigned access level that lets them view the raw data in plain text, instead of having it obscured. That said, I do understand the need to comply with data-handling frameworks.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps address gaps in cybersecurity awareness and provides monitoring of user profiles to detect leaks and breaches.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for sharing such detailed feedback! Great to hear you find our breach and leak alerts helpful in tracing compromised data. We appreciate your comments regarding access to raw data for CTI teams. We understand the balance between data transparency and compliance with data handling frameworks can be challenging. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our product team as they continue to evaluate ways to support different user roles while maintaining security standards.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any more insights or suggestions — we’re always here to listen and work together to make usecure even better.

 ### 7. Simple, Well-Priced Tool with Great Reporting and 365 Sync

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart D. | Senior Manager IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Simple, good reporting, syncs people to 365 and well priced. Yes simple to install. Very little support so far required.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

It could help by choosing multiple people in some windows rather than individuals.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem regarding security is users. Equipment can be patched and configured , software updates applied, but you cannot reboot a user!

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Stuart, thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear usecure has been simple to install and use, with strong reporting, Microsoft 365 sync, and pricing that works well for your team.

We also appreciate the feedback on selecting multiple users in certain areas of the platform and will share this with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with usecure.

 ### 8. Efficient Phishing Simulation with Minor Navigation Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I like that usecure requires no admin work to set up because it just syncs up with our Google and 365 accounts. This feature makes the day-to-day onboarding admin much less of a hassle.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The portal is slightly challenging to navigate around. I thought I would find it easy, being an IT guy, but it wasn't obvious where everything was.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure helps us show clients who is vulnerable and reduces day-to-day onboarding admin by syncing with Google and 365.

 ### 9. Effective Phishing Simulation & Training Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rui B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I really like that usecure is simple to set up and powerful. It works fine every time we use it. I also appreciate the template edition capabilities, which allow me to tailor phishing attacks to specific types of users. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy to start using.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Nothing to mention

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use usecure for phishing simulation with credible emails and training. It's simple to set up and powerful, working fine every time. The template edition capabilities let me tailor phishing attacks to specific types of users.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> We’re so pleased to hear you’ve found usecure simple to set up and powerful to use, with template editing that works well for your needs. Thanks for sharing your experience.

 ### 10. usecure is awesome

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tumelo M. | IT Intern, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I am mainly impressed by it's ability to automate phishing simulations and detect user interactions.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

It currently lacks native language support for Sesotho and I think the phishing simulations can be made better with cultural context.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping organisations increase the cybersecurity awareness of their staff, with its courses and automated simulations. It's breach detection also helps IT professionals be aware compromised accounts from their organisation and react accordingly.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Tumelo, thanks for the valuable feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the phishing simulations and breach detection features. We’ve shared your feedback about Sesotho language support and cultural context with our internal team. If you’d like to discuss further, feel free to reach out via live chat or connect with your dedicated account manager.

 ### 11. Engaging Training but UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I appreciate usecure for its informative animated videos. They are engaging and make the points easy to remember. Additionally, the initial setup of usecure was quite easy, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The administration UI is clunky, with User (learner) details and edit features put in different places. Also - you have to delete a user (with all their data) to free up the license, instead of archiving.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

usecure ensures staff compliance with engaging, easy-to-remember videos.

 ### 12. Very helpful and cost effective cyber security training.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about usecure?**

They have added some new functionality around policies that would be useful for companies without that functionality. Also moving to video pbased training has made them more engaging. They include dark web monitoring which is good for those without that functionality.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

still quite repetitive in their trianing.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed regular but automated and targeted training for our staff in all aspects of cyber security. There was anti virus and device monitoring but nothing in place to educate users who are the weakest link. This solved that for me.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Robert, thanks so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. It’s great to hear that video-based training, policy management, and dark web monitoring are already making a difference for your organisation.

If you’re looking to tailor training to your team’s needs, our full content library and custom course builder can be great tools, and we’d be happy to walk you through them. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

It helps keep our employees safe so they don't click on obscure links

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks so much for your feedback. Great to hear the phishing training is easy to automate. On course depth, our aim is to keep learning quick and accessible, and we understand that some teams want more challenging content. ### 18. Good security awareness training tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The reporting functionality, user sync and great support.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The lack of being able to offer optional courses that fall outside of reporting.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For certification, Standards and Industry best practise, we require our staff to complete monthly information security awareness training. uSecure gives us exactly this.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for your review! We're glad to hear you're finding value in our reporting, user sync, and support—our team is always happy to help.

Regarding optional courses, we actually offer a wide range of training options, including compliance courses, micro-learning, and custom LMS capabilities. If there are specific courses you'd like to offer outside of reporting, we'd love to hear more so we can help you make the most of usecure’s library. Feel free to reach out!

 ### 19. A review of Usecure

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Usecure's main point of attraction for me was the uPhish feature which allowed me to test users of our clients and their awareness to potentail phishin emails.

The system then gave feedback in a simple and easy to view dashboard which gave us a good insight to the overall level of security within our clients business.

It was very easy to implement as the system is well configured to add users.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I noticed on a few tests that the dashboard wasn't displaying an accurate count for the level of each breach but this was cleared up as each different type of simulation has different requirements.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usecure allowed us to provide a clear insight into how users are dealing with dangerous emails that could threaten the clients company and which users in the business need more training and even better we could see which areas they need it in.

When feedbacking to the client they were able to arrange the correct training for their staff.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Thanks for the review - glad to hear uPhish and the dashboard have been valuable in supporting your clients' security posture. We appreciate the note on simulation reporting; since then, we've rolled out improvements to tracking accuracy and export performance. If you notice any ongoing issues or have suggestions, feel free to reach out to your account manager - we’re always keen to improve!

 ### 20. A simple solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard G. | Dev Ops Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The fact that it comes with lesson plans already created and that these get tailored to each user based on their performance. The auto-phish feature is really nice as it allows one to set up a phishing testing/training program in a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

I wish there was more information on the "users" page. Customizable columns would be nice so I can rapidly see where everyone is at in a single glance.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This provides an essentially "pre-built" solution for training employees in security and also seeing how vulnerable they are. We have been looking for a solution for this and didn't want to have to create something from scratch. Usecure has everything ready so that I can simply enroll users and it does the rest. This gives a service that we can offer clients that requires minimal work to get rolling and provides good training and vulnerability testing.

**Official Response from Anna Cunningham:**

> Hi Richard, thanks for leaving a review. It's great to hear that usecure is solving your employee security training needs efficiently. We're thrilled to hear you are benefitting from the Gap Analysis questionnaire and the Auto-Phish feature. We appreciate your suggestion for customizable columns in the Users page and your feedback has been passed on to our product team for consideration.

 ### 21. Email security that allows you to feel confident

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam P. | Cyber Security Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about usecure?**

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate around. The loading times have also been quick for me. It's very quick to enroll new customers and implement into their cyber security setup. I've also found the training topics to be vast and it keeps up with current events.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The lower level training exercises are sometimes too low level, and there could still be more information included.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require all our staff to complete regular cyber security and information security to remain compliant with our certifications. Usecure makes this easy for us because we can instantly send out awareness training to anyone with a few clicks.

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Sam, thanks so much for your wonderful review! It's great to hear that usecure has made security training and compliance seamless for your team. We also appreciate your feedback on the lower-level training exercises. Our team is always working to keep training relevant and effective, so we’ll definitely keep your insights in mind for future updates.

 ### 22. Excellent

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ridwaan D. | Managing Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I love the free prospecting option that Usecure offers. It allows me to do Dark Web Scans and Phishing campaigns which is a great help in showing clients their risk.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Since I'm still kinda new to Usecure I do not have any dislikes.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a tool that gives me the ability to prospect and Usecure offers this for free. The benifit is that I can show my clients their risk

**Official Response from Kerryn Zendera:**

> Hi Ridwaan, thank you for your feedback! We're really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the free prospecting option and finding value in the Dark Web Scans and Phishing campaigns. It’s great to hear they’re helping you highlight potential risks to your clients.

 ### 40. Simple templates and content creator to send phishing emails to your staff.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lachlan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about usecure?**

Usecure allows you to easily create templates to send phishing emails to your customers. Their monthly billing based on usage is the only one we could find in its class. They provide simple guides to allow you to whitelist these emails in your chosen email server.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Since Usecure is a that's not based in Australia, it can sometimes not cater to the Aussie market, as well as overseas. This has been much improved with AU base templates and .com.au domains being implemented.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usecure allows us to test end users' risk to the business by sending whitehat phishing emails to the end users and checking if they click on them. This allows us to verify that they're following security best practices and company policies.

 ### 41. Very good human risk platform that really works for MSPs/MSSPs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about usecure?**

I have used other similar services, but for an MSP efficiency is key. uSecure is easy to setup, easy to manage and highly automated, I dont need to to spend a lot of time on the upkeep and it really does recude human risk. Portal is slick. User guides are bulletproof. Support is Solid. Easy to setup. Highly automated. They listen to feedback and implement new features when you request them. uSecure just get better and better as years go by.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

The Phishing templates and Landing pages are 'easy' I'd like more difficult templates and landing pages that really challenge a busineses with a mature security level.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reducing human risk and lowering the changes of Cyber Attack. Staff/Customers are learning the threats they are likely to face. In SMBs, uSecure usually introduces a new threat type or concept, which leads to the introduction of new policies. It even gets them started with uPolicy!

 ### 42. Great product to check staff training and provide more training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about usecure?**

How easy it is to check if staff aren't being careful with emails and assist customers with getting their staff up to date with phishing scams while constantly testing staff. Easy to enroll staff into training and check if they have completed the courses.

**What do you dislike about usecure?**

Training module videos sometimes appear too small for some users, it should scale with screen size. More videos would be good too as we notice staff score better with videos then plain text.

**What problems is usecure solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring staff know about phishing and training staff is more manageable than before. Customers often aren't aware of how bad some staff can be before the testing is performed.
