We use usecure from an MSP perspective of managing many clients through the usecure platform. We heavily utilize security awareness training and phishing simulations. This helps clients move to a more secure state from the user perspective with an eye on security.

The custom course builder is a standout feature for us. It gives us the flexibility to create training content that's tailored to our organisation's specific policies, tone, and risk areas, rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf material. This has made our security awareness training feel much more relevant to employees, which in turn has improved engagement. The interface is intuitive enough that we don't need any specialist skills to put together professional-looking courses."

I am mainly impressed by it's ability to automate phishing simulations and detect user interactions.
