We are a Staffing Company and have used Ultra-Staff software for over ten years. I love the fact that you can contact their support team for immediate help, and that you are able to receive personal support from their team of qualified software support. When recently we had a user issue, they worked with us to resolve the situation. The resolution took numerous steps to resolve, but they worked with us through the entire process. It's so reassuring that in today's tech arena you can be treated with individual attention, not charged extra for the help received and be attended to by knowledgeable well informed staff members.

We are a staffing company with a large payroll and a short turn around time. We have been using ABD since 2012 and have always been pleased with the technology and human interaction. ABD always stays on top of the latest technology and encourages, but does not pester, their clients to move forward to improve their business efficiency. Most importantly, ABD has a strong customer support team to help with all client needs. This includes the top person at ABD helping us, when needed, even on a weekend. I appreciate the hyperlinks which allow you to move from one record to another with ease. For instance I can be on a candidate record and list their contract activity, from there I can click on the name of the company they are placed with and it takes me directly to that client. I also like that you can edit a search easily and it is easier to update payrates for multiple employees or make a note on multiple employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The windows are very spread out. In the classic version of US the candidate window was all visable in one window, with Edge I feel like there is a lot of scrolling up and down to get to the correct area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the pages easily back link to each other, the candidate search capabilities, does a good job at easily storing and organizing more information, overall the back end is pretty intuitive. I wish i could search by client not just contact, I wish I could edit activity notes, It doesn't always catch duplicates, I doesn't always correctly count the number of candidates added to a job order.
