I've worked in the staffing/recruiting industry for over 25 years. I’ve worked with many platforms from PeopleSoft to Resumate. Ultra-Staff Edge is the only system I’ve used that brings everything together. Ultra-Staff Edge handles every part of the process with no downtime. It’s secure, cloud based, and reliable. I use it for both front and back-office functions, which I strongly recommend for consistency and efficiency across your entire operation. The platform is user friendly, and all of my team were able to learn it quickly. From a cost standpoint, it cut my software expenses in half. I’ve opened a second location, and the scalability of Ultra-Staff Edge made that transition extremely smooth. If I choose to expand into additional cities, I know the system can support multiple offices effortlessly. On top of the product itself, the support team at Ultra-Staff Edge is outstanding. They are consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. In my experience, they are the best support team in the staffing software space. They treat all of us with respect and genuinely want us to succeed. Overall, choosing Ultra-Staff Edge has been one of the best decisions for my business. I highly recommend it. Other systems required multiple layers of clicking, for instance opening a menu, then another submenu, then another just to add a candidate into the system. They slowed down everyday tasks and made the workflow feel clunky and inefficient. Ultra‑Staff Edge eliminates that issue. It has scaled with our growth over the years. I appreciate the seamless integration of front and back office in one database, which gets rid of so many headaches. The support team is outstanding, with Terri Roeslmeier being exceptionally responsive at the highest level, always available and invested in our success. I value how the ABD team, including Jonathan Mikels, Emily Glaser, and Michelle White, is quick to respond and helps promptly, regardless of the complexity. Their willingness to jump on calls whenever a situation requires immediate attention is notable; they don't hide behind email support tickets. Everyone on their team knows the staffing industry inside and out, and they make sure we understand all the features, using the system to its full potential.
