There are too many selections to make for a recruiter to remember. Very complex and too many opportunities for recruiters to make mistakes. If a tax table is not set up you can still run payroll which causes many issues. I have benefitted in hundreds of ways. The ability to keep track of an applicants working status is by far the most efficient tool. I can have a full report of when the candidate applied from their home, was called by a recruiter, interviewed, and hired. All notes for the applicant are in one spot but accessible from multiple locations. ### 14. Logging activity doesn't organize well and it feels like an action that should take 1-2 steps takes 5+ instead and then requires logging activity in multiple places so it is trackable. I use it to track interviews and to create a record would be easier to attach or upload a LinkedIn profile but I have to have a resume or manually input all information. This has led to a lot of profiles being incomplete or misleading because even the resume input misplaces a lot of job history or skills information. Once again this means I spend more time cleaning up information than doing me job or having unhelpful information in the system. **Recommendations to others considering Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software:** I say this not knowing how the cloud based and updated software is to use. The version we have is not intuitive and takes more time to maintain and use than it should in my opinion as I have looked into other comparable softwares. I would make sure you have a cloud solution that more easily integrates with outlook, LinkedIn, or job boards to make it easier to use and to have the most accurate and helpful information available. **What problems is Ultra-Staff EDGE Staffing and Recruiting Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only problem it has solved is being able to track weekly metrics and share information among the team.
