What do you like best?

The thing that we like best about Turtl is that it promotes a different way of working and thinking. It has made us think far more creatively about our outputs, our end users and how our brand is perceived. We are striving to be seen as innovative and forward thinking rather than conventional and purely academic - and Turtl helps us with this through the ability to create content that pushes boundaries.

Also, personally, one of my favourite things about Turtl is how easy it is to use. Everything is common sense and where it should be and has made introducing the tool into OHE seamless.

And we can't talk about the best features of Turtl without mentioning the team who are always so supportive and visionary and who really believe in the product. You really do have an amazing, Turtl'tastic team!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only niggle would be around navigation. It's really easy to skip into different sections without meaning to because the arrows are always clickable on the page - it would be helpful if they only became clickable when you hovered near the left or right of the page.

It would also be a lot easier if you could do minor picture edits in Turtl (i.e. changing to black and white). This would save time - at the moment we find a picture we think will look good in the image library on Turtl, save onto the desktop, open it in picture editor, re-save it, re-upload it. And then if you decide that it doesn't work start the process all over again.

It would also be great to have a 'no column' option in Immerse so you have complete freedom re the sizing of your features / pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do it - it will change the way you think about the content you produce, how it's consumed and enables you to gain incredible insights into the end user experience of your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking for a solution that makes our content really stand out and increase the professional feel. Our outputs need to compete with large consultancies who have large teams of content producers (rather than our team of one) and with prestigious academic institutions. What do you like best?

Turtl will revolutionise the way we create content and the way it's consumed by our audience. The science and thinking behind the tool is incredible and the finished product looks great. Underpinned by powerful analytics (and web-based!), Turtl will become an essential tool in our kit. The customer service is another big plus - always on hand to help with questions, either via the Customer Success Manager or Live Chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I think the theme set-up and modification process could be more flexible and less truncated. It can be hard getting to the final design spec. This has delayed our start to using the product properly.

The tool is 'easy' to use once you get to grips but ideally it would be a little less 'fussy' so that we can open its use to relative design novices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Brings content to life: easy to make content engaging and interactive very quickly

Quick to update: enables user to quickly fix errors or update out of date content

Strong analytics: built-in analytics provide both immediate insight or an in-depth overview as required

Speedy: doesn't require installation, doesn't have any long load times, docs don't need to be exported or saved down to a folder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Does not integrate very smoothly with our CMS/CRM (Hubspot)

Time-saving: use of live links saves the time previously spent repeatedly exporting/saving PDFs, resending docs for review

What do you like best?

It is easy to use, a great professional tool for designers to use and show off their skills, excellent to bring boring content to life, and the customer service from Wendy is just phenomenal - a big thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it can be a bit 'blocky' or 'fiddly' - it is more for mind mapping your ideas rather than creating linear documents. Some page structures can be too prohibitive i.e. the final page of a case study does not allow you to change the style or colour Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

From a marketing perspective, the analytics available are great and give us an in-depth view on readers that we never had before. The amount of data available and the different layout options. The functionality is very simple and its very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use it as a way to rethink storytelling, rather than just a way to make old stories look nicer. Make sure that the "surf" section stands up as a story on it's own merit, and then allows people to delve in if they want to, rather than just using it as dull bait to get people to read the detail. What do you like best?

When I send proposals to clients their feedback always mentions how slick and professional the proposal looks. It's easy to use, and I'm always finding new tools to use it, which make what I create even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
