"A must-have tool for international e-commerce — highly recommended after just 2 weeks"
We have been using TrackingMore for about two weeks, and it has already made a noticeable difference in how we manage our shipments. The dashboard is clean and intuitive — at a glance, I can see the status of all packages without digging through multiple pages. One feature I particularly appreciate is that any incorrectly entered tracking numbers are flagged immediately, helping us avoid sending wrong information to customers.
Integration with Shopify was seamless, and the setup process was straightforward overall. The support team has been exceptional — they respond quickly via chat with detailed and thoughtful answers, making the onboarding experience smooth from day one.
What truly impressed us is the intelligence behind the tracking system. Even when a shipment is handed off to a local carrier in another country, TrackingMore automatically detects and continues tracking it — without any manual input. This level of automation is remarkable and something we did not expect. Tracking updates are also consistently accurate, giving us and our customers full confidence in the information displayed.
Since implementing TrackingMore, customer inquiries about delivery status have dropped significantly. Our customers can now track their orders independently through our website, which has greatly improved overall satisfaction. "No major complaints, but a couple of small wishes"
After two weeks of use, there is very little to criticize about TrackingMore. If anything, the pricing could be slightly more competitive for smaller businesses, though the value it delivers makes it easy to justify.
The one feature I would love to see is a Japanese-language option for the dashboard interface. It is worth noting that the support team is already able to assist in Japanese via chat, which is greatly appreciated — so the admin panel is really the only thing missing on that front.
