We have been using TrackingMore for about two weeks, and it has already made a noticeable difference in how we manage our shipments. The dashboard is clean and intuitive — at a glance, I can see the status of all packages without digging through multiple pages. One feature I particularly appreciate is that any incorrectly entered tracking numbers are flagged immediately, helping us avoid sending wrong information to customers.
Integration with Shopify was seamless, and the setup process was straightforward overall. The support team has been exceptional — they respond quickly via chat with detailed and thoughtful answers, making the onboarding experience smooth from day one.
What truly impressed us is the intelligence behind the tracking system. Even when a shipment is handed off to a local carrier in another country, TrackingMore automatically detects and continues tracking it — without any manual input. This level of automation is remarkable and something we did not expect. Tracking updates are also consistently accurate, giving us and our customers full confidence in the information displayed.
Since implementing TrackingMore, customer inquiries about delivery status have dropped significantly. Our customers can now track their orders independently through our website, which has greatly improved overall satisfaction. The reduction in inquiries alone already justifies the cost, making it an excellent investment for any international e-commerce store.

**What do you dislike about TrackingMore?**

"No major complaints, but a couple of small wishes"
After two weeks of use, there is very little to criticize about TrackingMore. If anything, the pricing could be slightly more competitive for smaller businesses, though the value it delivers makes it easy to justify.
The one feature I would love to see is a Japanese-language option for the dashboard interface. It is worth noting that the support team is already able to assist in Japanese via chat, which is greatly appreciated — so the admin panel is really the only thing missing on that front.
Overall, these are minor points rather than true pain points, and they do not diminish the overall experience.

Before using TrackingMore, we were tracking every shipment manually, logging into each carrier's website one by one to check delivery statuses. While customer inquiries were relatively low — around 2 to 3 per month — we frequently checked shipments ourselves out of concern, which took up valuable time that could have been spent elsewhere.

Since implementing TrackingMore, that process has been completely eliminated. All shipments are now monitored automatically in one place, and customers can track their own orders directly through our website. As a result, we no longer feel the need to manually check on individual packages, and our team can focus on other priorities with peace of mind.

The Shopify integration made the transition seamless, and the AI-powered carrier detection — which automatically continues tracking even when a parcel is handed off to a local carrier in another country — has been particularly valuable for our international shipments. I have working on my own parcel app and using Tracking More Tracking API as a backend. I am very happy with their Tracking API. 

Tracking More API is a good system that gives accurate data compared to other tracking websites I've used. The data response was fast and reliable. 

Also, the documentation was clear and user-friendly for a beginner developer. 

I especially like their customer support. They are always reply straight away or the next day, and seem to really care.

Their plans are more aimed at bigger customers, I'm presently a small customer. But when I contacted them, they worked out a good solution for my case, so actually a positive in the end.

The automatic carrier detection is valuable because it saves time by instantly identifying the right courier and pulling accurate tracking info from tons of carriers without me having to specify or switch manually. The initial setup was very easy—I did it in 10 minutes.

I bought the Pro plan with TrackingMore and love the service. I've been able to replace a previous, very janky, tracking system with their well-documented APIs and make my business users happy. Customer Support's always super fast to respond as well, so good experiences all round!

**What do you like best about TrackingMore?**

The customer support is amazing, they do help you to get to use the app. I had many questions regarding how to use and the support members were so helpful, it is so easy to use the application when I had problems or questions I asked the support team and they showed me how to do it. I use it quite often, my store is dealing with the shipment. They have nice features such as linking PayPal so it can share the tracking information with PayPal and it helps with customer disputes. It was super easy to set up. This app saves me so much time!

**What do you dislike about TrackingMore?**

Well, this app is really good but if I have to say disliked parts then their design needs to be better. I know they are developing every day but if I need to mention then there are apps out there (I will not be giving names) that have more customizable and better options for design for emails and their tracking page, but the good thing is support team is ready to help you out even with that. But as I say if they have better visuals I would like it even more

I love to see where my package is and letting my customers know information regarding to their packages so it is a really nice option for my customers.

Nothing really for now since I've just started. But it's a great start anyhow.

Since I'm just starting my online store, the features that TrackingMore offers are far more in the trial plan and all the paid plans compared to any other service provider. And every paid plan is worth its penny with the amount features they offer. Trust me because I'vw taken 4 months just to study and understand the nuances of opening an online store and TrackingMore has checked all the right boxes.

Very responsive in all customer support chats and pretty responsive with change requests.
Easy to use dashboard and UI. 
Pretty good developer documentation (but not always up to date)

**What do you dislike about TrackingMore?**

The API can be inconsistent, examples:
- no value represented sometimes with an empty string and sometimes with null
- numbers sometimes in a string and sometimes not
- ip address for webhooks in docs does not match what gets forwarded to us
- example webhook response in the app shows only the data when really it arrives in an envelope
- spelling mistakes, ie. "invaild format"
- obviously invalid format for awb number like "000-00000000" returns "The awb airline does not support yet"  - and unclear wording at times, like  " The awb airline does not support yet"  i think means they don't support this airline ,but the wording almost sounds like the awb is not supported by the airline?? but I know the airline is not supported because the prefix requested is not listed of supported airlines.
- ...and other small things

Sometimes in chat the answers are high level when you need details, but they are good at following up in email.

"TRACKINGMORE" is a Multi-carrier Shipment Tracking API. It connects approx more than 1000 tracking partner on a single platform. Trackingmore is a workplace for stressfree tracking of shipment. It gives an accurate data of every single detail about the shipment with a cheaper deals. Due to its special features, I often use tracking more for any need.

As of my past few years experience, i found almost nothing to dislike about trackingmore. Even the customer service if fast enough to solve any issue.

**What problems is TrackingMore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trackingmore is beneficial for multi level tracking of shipment. It provides a cheaper deals than any other software. It comes with windows as well as Android software which makes it easy to use. Increases the API rate limit upto 100 QPS with low latency. Everything is encrypted, therefore no privacy violation.

What we love most about Trackingmore is its ability to provide real-time tracking information to our customers directly through our Shopify store. The integration is seamless and it supports a large number of carriers, which is convenient for managing multiple international deliveries. The interface is easy to use, and the automation of notifications significantly reduces our workload.

**What do you dislike about TrackingMore?**

What could be improved is the update time for the status of certain carriers. Additionally, it would be useful to have more flexibility in customizing the notifications sent to clients, to better adapt the message to our graphic charter.

This helps us provide our customers with an accurate package tracking page. It reassures our customers and allows us to easily send information to them. I like how simple it is to implement with our business. It provides quick, detailed tracking information to our customers with linking to handoff deliveries, all while integrating seamlessly in our store. We have roughy 250+ orders a months so it's being used several times every day, and is very easy to use. We have yet to contact customer support for anything, but so far, TrackingMore seems to be well taken care of.

**What do you like best about TrackingMore?**

Simple implementation and integration of package status tracking via eg. API (you can you also webhooks). Clear administration with lots of extra options (custom tracking page, notifications, analytics, API monitoring, etc.).  Fast and helpful customer support, with which I have already solved a lot of things, e.g. even adding or modifying carrier tracking. After picking up the initial issues with some carriers, it now works without a hitch when using parcel tracking on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about TrackingMore?**

* It is not possible to track the status of the ticket on the website if it is forwarded to the IT department, and I had to remind myself sometimes.
* Some carriers do not have filled a tracking URL to their website or they only link to the homepage or a page where we have to fill in the package number again (gls-cz, toptrans, raben-group).
* Can't get the full URL to track the package directly from the carrier via the API (I have to piece it together).
* Or it is also not possible to obtain the required localized version of the URL, e.g. automatically according to the country of delivery or preferably based on a parameter in the URL (e.g. &lang=en) and obtain e.g. this localized URL (https://www.dpdgroup.com/cz/mydpd/my -parcels/incoming?parcelNumber=23755010161877&lang=en)

**What problems is TrackingMore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get updated tracking status of packages and carrier tracking URL to our ERP and also to our e-shops website for customers. Mainly for packgages numbers from our dropshipment partners => packages are not created by our system / under our contract and therefore we do not have access to their status.

It tracks all packages and gives a you report and show you delivery confirmations. In our ShopWare, we didn't have the capablities to confirm the order shipment so we are using the trackingmore to send order confirmations. This works really well and we can track all orders whether a customer received it or not.

Its easy to use and easy to implement. The customer support is great and can help with answering any questions. Overall, I don't have anything to dislike about the Trackingmore solution. It works and provide delivery confirmation and delivery status for the orders.

In ShopWare, we don't have order confirmation so we are using the trackingmore to provide tracking delivery confirmation for our orders. So far it works great!

It's great to be able to check on the tracking events in bulk for shipments that we have sent and then export this history for resolving potential customer issues in the future.

The new user interface hides key functionality that the old user interface made easy to access. Also, sometimes the tracking numbers are listed as being invalid but they are truly correct and linked to the appropriate shipping partner, which sometimes requires Trackingmore staff to resolve.

Trackingmore helps us determine which customers are not receiving packages and keep a record of why the packages were not delivered to them.

TrackingMore provides up to date tracking with good reliablilty at a decent price. It has an excellent API that allowed us to automate our tracking in our ERP system. It provides a good software which helps with total gps tracker of our shipment. It helps to modify our shipment details for both the coustomer and the provider. **What do you like best about TrackingMore?**

Configuring a very versitile software package 'in a app' can be tricky but I lucked out getting Mary on Chat support today. Things we worked on... The Order exceptions and expired orders. Customer and store owner notifications. Intergrating my shippers. Embedding the EDD feature (I love it). Configuring the reporting. And Lastly as I have 2 shipping locations, overseas and local USA that they will look into having 2 EDD's to a website as the USA shipping is 5-7 days the overseas is 12-16. 

Mary was extreamy paitiant and knowlegable and understood exactly what I was asking even with bad terminology! Great support on a very nice product!!!

The chat support features is awful. Everytime Mary started to message the screen would scroll all the way back to the top... like a yo-yo with me pulling it back down to read the new message.
