Things we worked on... The Order exceptions and expired orders. Customer and store owner notifications. Intergrating my shippers. Embedding the EDD feature (I love it). Configuring the reporting. And Lastly as I have 2 shipping locations, overseas and local USA that they will look into having 2 EDD's to a website as the USA shipping is 5-7 days the overseas is 12-16. Mary was extreamy paitiant and knowlegable and understood exactly what I was asking even with bad terminology! Great support on a very nice product!!! **What do you dislike about TrackingMore?** The chat support features is awful.
