It's perfect for creating a guidebook for people we HomeExchange with. The ability to add or subtract any photos or information makes it very practical vs creating an physical guidebook we leave in the home. It's searchable so guests can simply type in a key word instead of looking through every page. Once a guest has clicked on the link I send them, they can load it to their phone and don't need to worry about cell service or wifi in an effort to see the useful information (like directions to the house). And lastly I like the fact that I can use it as a website for the home. This way when I'm trying to share photos or other information with friends or family who aren't members of HomeExchange, they can see everything we have going on without me needing to create another website.

I love how Touch Stay hosts our guidebook in a beautiful and easy-to-use way. It saves us from the struggle of maintaining a printed guidebook, which was hard to update and keep looking nice. Our guests love the gorgeous guidebook that Touch Stay provides because it answers their questions effectively. I find it very simple and easy to provide this information to them. Setting up Touch Stay was very easy, and even though building the guidebook takes some time, the AI Assistant is a big help and makes it a great investment of time.

This really is good software! It is super intuitive, easy to navigate and has some great feature that save heaps of time. We only have 4 proeprties but I can imagibe this would be a massive help if you had 44. I really like the fact you can make changes to all or 1 property - now thats clever.
