It's easy to use on the back end with amazing functionality while being aesthetically appealing for our guests. We are able to make very slick guidebooks that are infused with a lot of our company branding while providing guests a wonderful resource that cuts down on their questions for us, both prior to and during their stay.
They have great customer support and it seems like they're always making small improvements that really help us as owners (for example, they recently implemented a change that is helping us collect guest emails without causing much friction for our guests).
Honestly, this has been one of the best tech for our business and they are easy to recommend to other owners. It's been very plug and play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
