"Easiest loyalty program ever!"

What do you like best about Thanx?

I love that Thanx hooks up to my credit cards (in the app) so there aren't any additional steps to remembering I'm a part of a loyalty program. I sign up once and automatically receive points towards any of the locations they work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thanx?

I want them to work with all the brands so that I can easily earn points everywhere! I know larger organizations are wanting their own apps, so instead of being added to the Thanx app, I need to download their custom white-label app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thanx?

I love having the ability to directly interact with guests. Being able to send our promotions and receive guest feedback is essential for running a successful business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thanx?

I dislike that Thanx is unable to integrate with Aloha to track our servers' performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Thanx:

If you want to be able to satisfy your guests and get honest feedback this is the best way to get it.

Sites like Yelp are only there for people to complain and feel validated in doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thanx solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can handle guest complaints directly, easily and effectively. The ability to reach out to guests who had a bad experience but who didn't want to say anything at the time. Sometimes guests don't want to complain in the restaurant but will write a review about a bad experience. Thanx allows me to help them, even after the fact Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
