Easy Rewards Management, Custom Campaigns, and Responsive Support
I enjoy that it is easy to use to look up our rewards guests and quickly issue out or take away points. Grant rewards and easily see transaction history for the guest. Their support team also responds fairly quickly and communication has been great with their team. You can also customize the app as well and its easy to create campaigns, multipliers, and more for our guests.

I love that Thanx hooks up to my credit cards (in the app) so there aren't any additional steps to remembering I'm a part of a loyalty program. I sign up once and automatically receive points towards any of the locations they work with!
