**What do you like best about Textel?**

Textel is super simple to use. My customers can text us whenever they'd like, and it goes into a single queue for our team to pick up those chats. Textel's support team is great as well. We had some issues with our 10dlc registration, and they helped us every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Textel?**

There is really nothing to complain about. It's a simple application.

**What problems is Textel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes our clients want to text us, and this allows them to text our entire team instead of a single person's cell phone.

**What do you like best about Textel?**

So easy to use and so simple interface. Even a child can use it without any difficulty. I found it as an advanced yet simple technology that will be the main platform for customer engagement for years to come.

**What do you dislike about Textel?**

Nothing as of now. A little development to add more features might be useful. Like, adding in app calling feature for customers who need direct calling experience.
