**What do you like best about Taskip?**

Taskip has completely transformed the way our team manages projects. The interface is clean and intuitive, task management feels smooth and straightforward, and the collaboration features work flawlessly. The time tracking is accurate and easy to use, which makes it simple to stay on top of what’s being done. Overall, everything feels well thought out, dependable, and genuinely reliable.

**What do you dislike about Taskip?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything significant that I dislike. A few small UI polish improvements would be nice to see in the future, but nothing that really impacts day-to-day use.

**What problems is Taskip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom Domain client portal

Taskip is one of the best project management tools I’ve used. It’s fast and feature-rich, and it genuinely makes work more enjoyable. It strikes a great balance between simplicity and powerful functionality, without feeling overwhelming. Since we started using it, our team’s productivity has noticeably increased.

**What do you like best about Taskip?**

Taskip stands out through execution and integrity. Unlike many apps that "ship and forget," this team possesses a relentless improvement mindset. I’ve watched them refine the UI/UX in real-time based on friction points, proving they prioritize the actual user experience over just stacking features.

Their roadmap reliability is matched only by their support. It is easily one of the most reactive teams I’ve encountered—responses are fast, and more importantly, they turn user suggestions into reality.

**What do you dislike about Taskip?**

If I were being really picky, I’d say that sometimes it takes too many clicks to access certain features. That said, as I mentioned, the Taskip team listens to feedback and improves the tool each week.

**What problems is Taskip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An all-in-one tool for managing a business. As a freelance WordPress website developer and digital marketing consultant, it helps me keep everything in one place: CRM, task management, a client portal (very important for me) to collaborate with clients, forms for content collection, and document management for contracts, invoicing, and more.

Love it.

**What do you like best about Taskip?**

The team is very personable and genuinely want you to have the best experience with the system.  I am excited to continue using the system with all the current and future feature they have and will be integrating.  I look forward to streamlining all my client data, contracts, invoicing and reminders for business.

**What do you dislike about Taskip?**

The process doing integrations seem lackluster, doing a Gmail integration for email tracking was a bit cumbersome, and seemed clunky and old as compared with other platforms only requesting you to sign in via google..

**What problems is Taskip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

integrating the contract, invoice, client data. renewal reminders all within a single snapshot, providing an experience that is easier to manage.

For me, the "Embed" feature isn’t very helpful.

I don’t need to switch between apps to manage my whole business. I can easily do all my tasks in one app, which feels much more powerful and convenient for me.

The dashboard instantly gives you clarity over your revenue, clients, discussions, meetings, projects, and invoices—making it so much easier to see where everything stands. I love how quick actions are always one click away, allowing you to seamlessly hop between tasks, meetings, or ongoing discussions without ever getting lost in a sea of tabs.

**What do you dislike about Taskip?**

The payment integration, specifically with PayPal, tripped me up a bit—the guide for connecting it wasn't available at the time I needed, which meant I had to reach out to support for help.

**What problems is Taskip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of bouncing between different services for invoices, forms, meetings, and client management, everything lives in one place—letting you manage projects, nurture relationships, and handle payments from a unified dashboard.
