  ### 1. It’s fine, it’s not great.

**What do you like best about Tanda?**

The birthday feature is good as is the storage of training docs/expiry reminders

**What do you dislike about Tanda?**

The holiday accrual for hourly staff just flat out does not work or accrue properly. 
There have been many glitches in the system with holiday accrual over my 6 months using it.

**Recommendations to others considering Tanda:**

This is a slightly cheaper and just as useful system to use than the likes of Rotaready. If you can look past some of the minor glitches and issues, it stands up well.

**What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time sheets and delivery of Rota's is easier than most systems I've used in the past. It is generally a lot quicker to get things done. Would be nice for the app to be more useful to get these things done on the move.

**What do you like best about Tanda?**

Tanda works good for a small business and for contractors. 

**What do you dislike about Tanda?**

Tanda has been a great tool without many downsides. I do wish they imporve UX/UI soon though. 

**What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking time for a freelance business and keeping my contractor's pay correct.
