Having real-time visibility over labour costs allows me to see exactly where we stand at any given moment, rather than waiting until the end of a pay cycle. This has been invaluable for keeping rosters on budget, making quick adjustments when shifts change, and ensuring we’re not overspending during quieter periods. Affordable one stop shop for HR functions including payroll. Fairly intuitive with a good AI option quick queries and helpful back up from support staff. Being based in Australia is a big plus.
