It has really cut down on the time our Human Resources department has to spend on each new hire. New employees are able to access the software and enter their own data directly into Tanda. It also eliminates the confusion of employees requesting leave as there is a functionality to have employees put leave requests into the system. **What do you dislike about Tanda?** The process of integrating our previous payroll system into Tanda was a bit difficult. The transition was as as seamless as I think it could have been. There was a time period during which we had to have an overlap of payrolls. **What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to solve the problem of an overworked Human Resources department by allowing employees to have more control via Tanda. Scheduling is much easier, and clocking in, requesting leave, and adjusting schedules via Tanda frees up HR employees for other tasks. ### 5. It's super easy to set up and the integration process could not be simpler.Plus if you have any concerns or questions the support team goes above and beyond to be sure you know there are there to help! **What do you dislike about Tanda?** Seems like this is a smaller startup so brand recognition is pretty low. It's a tough pitch to the executive team if they aren't sure that other teams have implemented it successfully. **What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining scheduling and payroll ### 6. It's an easy way to clock the time of my employees. Also, it makes shift swapping faster for all my employees. **What do you dislike about Tanda?** There's not much to dislike. This service provides many different types of help for my company whether it be payroll integration, leave management, ect., without many flaws if any. **Recommendations to others considering Tanda:** Get it setup the correct way so it's easy to manage for the future. **What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?** There honestly are not many problems with Tanda. It is a very straightforward service and my company uses it all the time to help us improve our speed in what we do. In which, this is one of our fastest ways of clocking employee time and such. ### 7.
