**What do you like best about Talisma KnowledgeBase?**

It helps us to search the database with the required information which helps us to interact using the available or searched data. It also provides the history of the conversation.

**What do you dislike about Talisma KnowledgeBase?**

The UI is not user friendly. It is difficult to access all features without proper knowledge. Speed is the software is slow and it depends on our local system as well. Newly opened application takes longer time to open.

**What problems is Talisma KnowledgeBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's used for searching any data with respect to the person. If the number is provided the entire data is provided which is helpful. It also provides the callback.

It creates a link for older queries,so that it's easy to track and solve.best and good feature in talishma analytics also.

**What do you dislike about Talisma KnowledgeBase?**

Sometimes it's pretty slow,and so much clumpsy in interface

Managing historical and huge amount adta this helps us a lot.
