It helps us to search the database with the required information which helps us to interact using the available or searched data. It also provides the history of the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talisma KnowledgeBase?

The UI is not user friendly. It is difficult to access all features without proper knowledge. Speed is the software is slow and it depends on our local system as well. Newly opened application takes longer time to open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
