SYSPRO is very simple, easy to use, and user-friendly ERP software.

I dislike the search features. You can hit the binocular icon to search more content, but then it brings up things that have nothing to do with what I'm trying to find. I wish there was a better way to narrow your search while using the binocular icon. I also wish there was a way to enter the status about the order in a notes section to pull it up when I have a customer on the phone and see where the shop is at with their order.
