Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Syspro? I dislike their "API", which they call E.Net. I wouldn't call it a true RESTful API. The only HTTP requests E.Net accepts is a GET request with xml data appended to it. The documentation on it is very limited and hard to find. The system overall is just antiquated. I've built half a dozen integrations with the system and most of my development practice has been just trial and error since finding documentation has been so hard. Since it is a smaller ERP, the solutions for plug and play integrations with it are limited which has led us to just build our integrations in house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It is hard to find applications, and the definitions of fields and operations are often unclear. Keyboard shortcuts are inconsistent, both internally and with MS Windows. It is hard to get good consulation on how to use Syspro, especially from the engineering side of the program. It shows me when work orders are complete and if not what operation they are on. If I can not receive a work order I go in to see what materials are not being issued to the work order so I can fix that. Very robust with lots of customization. I can customize which fields i need and get rid of the rest. I can customize color and font on each field description. I don't like that there isn't an easy way to view your old transactions, there isn't a user friendly way to look up detail of old invoices entered for payments or to apply a credit memo. There are so many steps to take before looking up information you need ex; GL codes/supplier names/numbers. There isn't a user friendly way to view your suppliers and the remittance detail.
