It's quite useful to have it, especially when validating information from different sources. **What do you dislike about Syspro?** It's quite manual. For instance, several fields don't have a drop-down, forcing you to manually enter information. It can become a bit frustrating, especially when you need to make adjustments in inventory or sales order. **What problems is Syspro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory Control, Invoice Creation, Sales Order Management. Syspro is an useful software, that together with Excel, can provide the user with a good level of information visibility and accuracy. ### 3. It’s slow and useless. The Vb scripting is constantly messed up that we paid for. It glitches. It sends our customers an extra piece or two of merchandise on every order. We are better off with paper and pen. I would say I like logging out the best. **What do you dislike about Syspro?** Everything. This software is so glitchy. Very glitchy. We were sold bad software that doesn’t do what it promises to do. All of the custom scripting is useless because it has too many hiccups. It leaves way too many open orders in the system. It’s cumbersome. Everyone has to do extra work. This software doesn’t fit our company at all. Dispatch notes show different quantities consistently. We are having to go back and remove a lot of the paid for customization because it doesn’t function properly. I would take a hard pass on this software. A very hard pass. I am a very optimistic person and I love my job. Syspro could potentially put us out of business. **What problems is Syspro solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. That they are liars. They made us pay for custom vb scripting that doesn’t work. It constantly glitches and malfunctions. I am not solving any problems. I am duplicating orders. It’s consistently adding a piece or two of merchandise from different warehouses on every order. My returns department is going down in flames. The freight charges on the returns are huge. The dispatch notes show different quantities than my orders.
