There are only two downsides that come to mind. 1) It is SO customizable that each form has a myriad of fields. Once you know which fields you need to use for your system, this is not a problem, but can be confusing for the less trained. 2) The reporting can be limited in the parameters that you can choose. It is hard to extract data for analysis purposes. Some of the business terminology is nothing that i have ever heard over my 40 years in the manufacturing industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing going for SYSPRO is its Support team. Before a new module comes out, we already get soft training on it and they (sometimes) include our suggestions into the program. We can also customize it depending on which Department is using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
