I havne't figured out a way when someone leaves or starts to easily update BPM's, dashboard reports etc with the nes person. I like the mass update option Also, how easy it is to navigate and find all records right there, for example when you are in the Accouint table, you can see invoices, ship to addresses, contacts, etc. This is very important to have it all there when you are part of the Sales team. The only downside was when we had to constantly clear our cookies and cache otherwise Sugar CRM would appear just blank. When trying to reach out Sugar Support, we barely received any communication.
