I like that the product isn't just one size fits all, but also that much of it can be customized in house. We use consultants for some of the heavier lifts but we don't need them for everything. We use it for traditional sales CRM purposes but it also runs the production side of our house - each time a proposal is closed and invoiced, it creates tasks for our production team to work on the projects associated with the purchase.
