As a home builder servicing many different clients and brands, we can customise the flow using built-in Process Definitions logic to ensure the correct Enquiry falls in the hands of the right Sales Professional. The level of flexibility and customisation that can be achieved without the need for developers is impressive. Being able to create detailed reports with strong visuals for our dashboards has been a big game changer for us. The mobile app has worked very well for our sales team and having the support of the Sugar community to exchange ideas and assist with solutions has been very helpful. There isn't much to dislike with Sugar, it's been an excellent system. Having the ability to use Sugar Logic to create formulas which make fields behave in a certain way is excellent, however, it can be frustrating to use and I would personally like to see a bit more support in this area. Moving from departmental legacy systems to Sugar Sell has allowed our sales teams to share information in a way that wasn't possible before. Now we can identify where we can offer a greater range of products and services to both existing and new customers. Effective dashboard reports ensures that we are keeping in regular contact with our customers and updating their records with good quality information. We are starting to make use of SugarBPM to automate more processes. This is helping to reduce the burden of 'admin' for some of the users which, in turn, is helping to increase adoption. Sugar Sell helps me keep track of my status with all of my clients. The reports are very helpful with keeping weekly and monthly reviews of follow-ups and how many clients in each channel we're maintinaing contact with. I've found creating dashboards difficult—I'm sure that I'm able to have multiple reports on a single dashboard, but I haven't been able to intuitively put it together. Sugar Sell has a lot to offer, much of which can be customized and tweaked - even for those who aren't able to code. I constantly change various functions, screens, options, processes, etc. throughout the modules our team regularly uses and am able to do so quickly. Most changes immediately take effect, too. I have a great account management team who is always there to help when problems arise or we have new project needs. Our system houses many records and over 200 regular users and we rarely encounter issues with system speed or bandwidth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell? Sometimes the experience is a little glitchy and features don't always perform as they should. Small things like random loading messages that won't go away, a screen refreshing for no reason when entering information (and you have to start over), etc. They push an excessive amount of upgrades each year, particularly when you have a highly customzied environment that requires thorough UAT each time.
