What do you like best about Subskribe?

Subskribe is both easy to use and highly customizable thanks to its modern API-driven architecture. Our company operates a complex ecosystem of multiple business units serving different markets and spanning multiple CRMs and billing workflows. Subskribe is one of the few platforms that would technically enable us to implement a single subscription management solution across all of them - integrating seamlessly through custom API integrations. It has given us a unified, automated financial layer behind the business, reducing manual data entry & reconciliation and improving accuracy across systems.

The subskribe team was great to work with in helping us successfully acheive our enterprise wide deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subskribe?

Subskribe has a strong engine but is still early on some UI quality of life automations and nice to haves. Things like being able to multi-select and alter records or being able to upload external singed paper in place of docusign just aren't there yet. What do you like best about Subskribe?

Prior to launching subscribe, our process as very manual for creating quotes. Subskribe is the 1st CPQ we have implemented and they have been extremely responsive on asks for feature enhancements to make the every day life of quoting and approvals easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subskribe?

More complicated automations and rules are not yet available in self-service mode. I've been told it's on the road map. To offset this, the team is extremely helpful and responsive, but having the self service options is my personal preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Subskribe?

The best part about Subskribe is how it enables us to quickly launch and test new price offerings. We can define plan pricing, billing cycles, trial periods etc all through their friendly UI. This agility has allowed us to optimize our SaaS plans to maximize revenue. As a founder, having a billing system that can keep up with our evolving business model is invaluable. What do you like best about Subskribe?

As a super-user and jointly responsible for admin maintenance, my favourite thing about Subskribe is how easy it is to maintain core business controls - I know what is contracted is in line with business practices.

Additionally I use Subskribe's Looker tool to report directly into my subscription book of business, so I am confident we are always reporting accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subskribe?

The actual Zeppa code which controls Order 'validations' is only uploaded via JSON file and not within the tool itself. This will need to be updated to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Subskribe makes it easy as an AE to manage order forms and keep things in order"
What do you like best about Subskribe?

Subskribe makes it way easier for me to manage my deals as an AE, specifically creating order forms manually is how we used to approach it and it led to a lot of errors as well as no formal review process, meaning communicating across multiple channels. Now I'm able to centralize it inside of the quotes I'm already generating in Salesforce and it makes it far easier for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subskribe?

So far, it's been a really positive experience with Subskribe, so I can't say that I've had any challenges. I want to see them continue to advance their functionality to be on par with other CPQ platforms, but I think they will get there and already have in many ways.
