Subskribe makes it way easier for me to manage my deals as an AE, specifically creating order forms manually is how we used to approach it and it led to a lot of errors as well as no formal review process, meaning communicating across multiple channels. Now I'm able to centralize it inside of the quotes I'm already generating in Salesforce and it makes it far easier for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, it's been a really positive experience with Subskribe, so I can't say that I've had any challenges. I want to see them continue to advance their functionality to be on par with other CPQ platforms, but I think they will get there and already have in many ways. - It is easy to just enter the missing fields for a quote to be created. This is very straightforward

- What I have noticed is that Subskribe takes the organization's billing address from the CRM and there is no way to edit it in the tool itself
- This is a strenuous task to change the billing address as the address has to be changed in the CRM and then it will be reflected in Subskribe. What if one of the divisions of the Organization based in a certain country is buying?
- It has to be made easier to edit the billing and shipping address within the tool than rely on making the changes at the CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prior to launching subscribe, our process as very manual for creating quotes. Subskribe is the 1st CPQ we have implemented and they have been extremely responsive on asks for feature enhancements to make the every day life of quoting and approvals easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great shared Slack space, but the retention policy is only 90 days - make sure to grab any documentation that is needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Subskribe stands out for its sophisticated yet easily customizable framework and intuitive user interface.
Easy to use UI facilitates swift adoption among end-users, fostering a keen interest in utilizing the platform for generating quotes.
Its seamless OAuth integration with Salesforce simplifies the implementation process and reduces the implementation timeline significantly , distinguishing it from other prominent CPQ systems in terms of ease of use and integration capabilities.
The team is always available to support with any issues as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Subskribe offers a strong foundation, being a new CPQ tool, it lacks some features. However, these omissions do not stop the utilization of its core CPQ functionality. I wish it will integrate with more esignature tools in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Subskribe is logical and easy to understand. The team is incredible and we had one of the smoothest implementations of a CPQ system that I have seen. I have many years of CPQ experience, so that is a big compliment. The integration to Hubspot now and Salesforce.com later is a huge plus, and one of the main reasons that I selected them.
One other thing I like, that unless you have been tortured by other CPQ systems will not make sense, is the ability to create one product and use it for multiple offerings. No need to create sku after sku just to get something slightly nuanced for your ordering.
Have I told you about the team? They are reliable, responsible and responsive. Handling all my questions with the right amount of education and customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't any unhelpful about it. There is a lot more to it than I need for my business right now, so it can be a lot to take in if you don't stay focused on what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Co terming quotes was something we couldn't do as AE's previously and it was a major annoyance for our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More customization equals more clicks for end users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team is very responsive to our needs. We have a fairly complicated way of selling and they have been able to evolve the product to meet our requirements. It's also a very user-friendly product, which is important when you have a considerable number of people to cater for. Everyone we've worked with on the team has been fantastic. They're extremely experienced in this space and have provided great guidance for us from migration to implementation to reporting. Highly recommend the product and the team. We had a rather large and complicated dataset that spanned 5 or more years that needed to be migrated and, due to the complexity, there were some import issues (that we were prepared for ahead of time) that meant some of our orders weren't linked correctly. We were very aware of this issue going into the import but currently, there isn't an easy fix for this so things have had to be sent to the team for restructuring on their end. However! The team has been working on a front-end solution to this issue that we're expecting to see rolled out within days which will assist greatly. There really isn't much to dislike about Subskribe as a product or a company. Where practical, they're very responsive to feature requests and providing solutions to ensure roadblocks are overcome quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Subskribe provided us with multiple out-of-the-box features that enabled our business to quickly transition and deploy our go-to-market pricing and packaging strategies. Subskribe as a company has been an awesome customer support partner in listening to our needs as a SaaS subscription-based business and delivering on the most critical features required for us to take our business to the next level. The implementation was as easy as it could be for a system that is replacing complex business processes such as quoting, contracts management, and subscription billing and invoicing. We use Subskribe on a daily basis to process billing and invoices for our customers, generate pricing quotes for our prospects and customers, and keep a seamless alignment between our CRM and ERP systems. There aren't many downsides to the software in terms of functionality. The Salesforce integration still has some room to improve and the object model can be difficult to some if they are very engrained in previous SFDC-based CPQ and billing systems. The company is also on the smaller side so as they grow, the level of attention to our needs will be shared across their customer base which is understandable over time. We were dealing with various internal tools which were a combination of spreadsheets, & some other tools in the market. After onboarding to Subskribe, we learnt that their product capture exactly what we needed and eliminated our hacky internal tools. Its an amazing self serve product, our team figured out things on our own.
The team at Subskribe provided incredible support. They are always on top of any requests & we always get service with a happy face. The product is also constantly improving every week. Amazing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints yet! As long as the team continues to build and evolves their product integrations, and keeps up with the requests/feedback from us. They are already solving our core business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Subskribe’s value can really be seen once you start the implementation process. Having gone through implementing other business system tools in the past, Subskribe was incredibly lightweight in comparison. Not only was the team at Subskribe very helpful in assisting with data migration and parsing through our historical quotes and invoices, but actually deploying the system and integrating with our current CRM didn’t take up many cycles at all. I’ll tip my hat to the engineers at Subskribe – they have built something that is terribly easy to deploy and quick to get users onboarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I don’t have too many complaints about Subskribe. The whole process of deployment was pretty painless, and any issues that did come up, I had a direct line to the team at Subskribe. I suppose one area that could be improved is documentation. While Subskribe does have their API docs in order, I’d say there could definitely be a more user-friendly experience and more robust documentation. Any gaps were easily addressed by chatting with the Subskribe team, but I could see a case for making it so it is much more self-serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
