With many systems, implementation is daunting; but not with 90.io. It is so intuitive and the customer support and resources are outstanding. In my personal business, I use it every day. Thereafter, we lost data. Years of data that will be time consuming and expensive to recover. Their 'Client Success Managers' do not seem to care. **What do you dislike about Ninety.io?** We count on them to keep our data - we record many key measurables in the EOS system with them. Their new updates have lost the data - most of it. My 90 and Data (Beta) are not functioning - and we have been in discussions about this for too long. They honestyly do not seem to take data seriously - the loss of data is a important issue for us. I just wish they would take the process more seriously. There is a serious lack of support on this software. **What problems is Ninety.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** For meetings it is fine - but not anything that a piece of paper could not do (such as an agenda). For V/TO - it was good. Mainly we use it for data - and the data has been either lost or misdirected by their system. We have been in discussion with them for days - and it seems like they do not take the loss seriously. That is my opinion. Sometimes there are glitches that can take a couple of days for them to identify and correct. **What problems is Ninety.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ninety is providing the structure to manage all aspects of EOS. Most platforms like this force you to read FAQ's or the like to get help, and while those are available, you can also choose personal help. **What do you dislike about Ninety.io?** The only thing that can be a little tricky is that the platform uses EOS language and our language has some nuances that are different. For example, we both use the term rocks, but they don't mean exactly the same thing. **What problems is Ninety.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most other platforms are so expensive that they are out of reach for our clients.
