This is a highly powerful and flexible application. It operates with great reliability and is backed by outstanding support. When working on projects, I have found their staff to be both knowledgeable and approachable. We use the workflow engine quite intense and most likely for use cases it wasn't intended for. But despite the stress we are adding to the system it works like a charm and allows to easily build the most flexible and demanding workflows and wicket solutions! Troubleshooting OCR-related issues can be quite challenging and often requires unexpected workarounds, which is surprising given that OCR is a core feature. While I am usually able to accomplish what I need thanks to these workarounds, there is definitely room for improvement. The audit log presents a similar situation. It records who performed an action on a document in Global Search, but it does not capture exactly what was done.
