What do you like best about splose?

Every time I have contaced customer services with a query they have been fantastic. They respond very quickly and always have an answer and tips. They stay online as long as I need.

I love how easy it is to invoice ACC. It integrates so well with ACC as well as Physitrack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

I would like it if I could select the ACC number and then see all notes related to that claim. Then be able to copy the last note for that claim to be used for the current notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

Splose is such an intuitive system and helps to make everyday practice, billing and communication with clients so seamless! I've tried a few systems but none have stuck to me the way Splose does. I'm loving how innovative they are and are constantly rolling out helpful fixes. It was super easy to transfer my old data across with help from the staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

What do you like best about splose?

Ease of use, how helpful the Help desk really is - and they 'teach you how to fish' showing you the solutions, help articles etc. so you can expand your knowledge of the product - they don't just fix the solution. What do you dislike about splose?

What do you like best about splose?

What do you like best about splose?

Splose is very easy to navigate and make changes for everyday use in the clinic. The staff are so lovely and always avilable through the online chat to help out with any queries. The staff were very helpful in the initial transfer of software from our old system to Splose. There are also many integrations that can be linked such as healthpoint, Teams, zoom, Xero, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Some actions take a few steps to complete such as editing an invoice that has a payment applied can only be done after the payment is removed and the invoice is reverted to a draft and then it can be changed and the payment can be added again. The outstanding amount for clients also does not come up on the side pane when you click on the client's profile from the calendar which would be very useful to keep on top of. What do you like best about splose?

The layout is clean and clear and you are able to personalise the colours of the various patients also the access to various aspects of Splose can be changed for the diffenert people using the system. Importantly support from Aaron in New Zealand and the team in Australia is amazing. Uploading my patient infomation from a very old patient management system to Splose would have been impossible without their continual guidence, Thanks everyone, awesome. The ACC aspect of Splose is fully integrated and talks directly digitally to ACC and so cuts down on the long waits ACC takes to answer the phone when we had to chat to them to get ACC details.

Another great attribute of Splose is we can make suggestions to improve the system and the Splose team are very open to this. Changing to a new PMS for some of us non digital natives is a challenge but overall we are lovin' the change over to Splose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

In the ACC part of Splose we need to be able to search via the patient not just by the ACC45 number, but the Splose team in Australia are already onto it and adding this facility to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

There are some clients I can't invoice for using the system as I need to de-identify multiple clients per invoice to send to a government org. However, I can intergrate Xero to Splose which is helpful, but still creates an added expense of needing Xero Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
