Spolse is an easy to impliment and use, brilliantly customisable platform that makes it easy to manage all of our customer records on a daily basis. 
I love that it is able to directly intergrates with Xero. And the customer support is prompt and thorough!

I haven't come accross anything I dont like yet.

ALL of them. Slose is comprehensive and customisable.

I love the ACC Integration and that the team is happy take suggestions from us customers.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The downsides could be the inability to let your clients manage their appointments when they book. My customers are used to cancelling and rescheduling themselves if need be fromthe booking confirmation email

**What do you like best about splose?**

SPLOSE is very easy touse and navigate as an NDIS Allied Health professional, as a sole practitioner. From the first video given on how to set up, the supports from SPLOSE in the form of notes, videos enabled me to navigate this system with ease. Settig up business profile was simple and loved tht I coudl dd my logo, signature and made it suit for my business needs. I still had to seek support on a few minor matters, the response time was quick and very helpful.My issues were solved
Using the calendar appointments is very efficient when you can add a case note from there an invoice.- excellent feature. Furthermore, integration into outlook was another feature that created efficiency for my service.
The opitons for many integrations really is of great benefit to small or larger businesses.
Bulk billing was the best for me and having the ability to amend prior to upload in the NDIS system was excellent for governance and ensuring accuracy. The graphs created to track you participants funding is incredibly helpful for planning and allocation of appointments. You can also see this at calendar view!!
The cost is one of the best on the market and I highly recommend SPLOSE,the trial is a good option to see if it fits your business needs.
So pleased I found SPLOSE , it is A++++.

I find the customer support using the chat function extremely helpful. It is really convinent when learning the new system to quickly learn.
So far using Splose has been easy to implement and there are a number of features I am looking forward to using as my practice grows.

I haven't come across anything I dislike about Splose at this time.

It is helping me with recording client information, documentation and onboarding processes. I haven't yet completed invoicing yet, however I forsee this will be very helpful.

I've used other software systems where I can drag email responses directly into the system so that reciprocal communication can be collated. (If received emails can be uploaded quickly and in bulk, I am not familiar with how to do that and not come across any training videos yet!)

All administration needs in one place. Easy communication between users if required, effective invoice management, easy integration with common business management software like Xero.

Splose has everything you need, under one system. It integrates seamlessly with Xero, its easy to set up and use, the support team really listen and provide regular updates that blow me away every time, and the customer service is just next level. Cannot fault it!

As a private occupational therapist, Splose makes billing and keeping track of invoices simple.  It links appointments and other billable time to invoicing  to ensure that no payments are missed.  
It's great for keeping track of incomplete progress notes.  
The support in the from of videos, online documents, online chat and phone calls has been especially  helpful.

The admin team is happier as they are spending less time fixing little errors and glitches. As a manager I really like to productivity report.
The customer support has been amazing.

There are a few features still being developed, but Splose's capabilities are  pretty good now and they are very willing to listen to feedback and requests for features.

Splose is putting all our templates in one place. I love being able to send out forms to families to complete, sign and return straight into Splose. Saves having to try to catch parents to get paper forms signed and returned.

**What do you like best about splose?**

I transferred from a different software which I was nervous about but the whole transfer was so fast and easy! I'm so impressed by Splose and the features it includes that I didn't have with the other software. My favourite features that will improve my efficiency include:
 - Sending progress notes straight from the system rather than having to download them onto my computer and send as an attachment
 - Automating the sending of progress notes to relevant parties (e.g. I can set Splose up to send progress notes automatically to the school teacher in addition to the client). This saves me so much brain space and time trying to remember everyone for the email. It also saves me from accidentally sending people wrong information when I'm in a rush
 - Automatically adding the relevant travel expense to invoices
 - Invoicing in increments (e.g. 0.5 of an hour/billable code)
 - Arranging files into folders so I can find things much easier
 

All of these additional features and it costs less than my old software. I'm not affiliated at all but I'm just so impressed by the Splose features and how easy it is to set up.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It would be great in the future if the option to batch message is added. It's sometimes handy to be able to send my whole caseload/participants an update message via text or email. Other than that, I'm thrilled with Splose

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of the processes are automated but able to be personalised to the client. So once it's set up, everything is so fast and easy. The travel is a big time saver. I used to have to refer to a spreadsheet to remind myself of the travel time for each individual visit, add it onto the invoice as a line item, and then email it off. Now it's all automated and accurate from the calendar. 
As a sole trader mobile therapist with not VA support, Splose enables me to work efficiently and accurately with a much lower risk for clerical errors. It also frees up the mental load of the admin.

We joined with Splose a long time ago when they were fresh faced on the scene. We adore splose. They are responsive and always adding new features. They understand what providers of NDIS services need and frankly I'm obsessed with them. The batch invoicing feature is my best friend. When I have a questions they are always week to respond and usually automatically directs me to a useful help guide. My staff find it easy to use and secure. It integrates well with Xero.

Nothing! I love it and would recommend to anyone who is working in the health space.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose has many functions automated which means I save a significant amount of time. When starting your own practice, it is daunting thinking of developing service agreements, finding NDIS billing codes, learning how to do invoicing, admin, and the like. Splose automates most of that for you, meaning it's all really done with the push of a button. Through this, I've had more time to focus on billable work without needing to learn administrative processes. Allows me to keep track of my time, tasks, funding and caseload without needing to utilise numerous different programs or software. It also allows things like service agreements and privacy/consent forms to be signed and submitted online, reducing the need for paper/printing or paying for another service like DocuSign.

**What do you like best about splose?**

It's user-friendly and Australian-owned. I also love that it's focused on allied health. They keep on adding new and better features that make my life easier! The integrations are fantastic, such as two-way syncing with Xero, instant payments with Stripe or Medipass, adding clients to an email list in Mailchimp, and more. The Time Zone features were essential for me, too. I love that the booking system factors in their time zone, and emails sent to the client are sent in the client's time zone, whereas in my booking system it shows me my own time zone.

It's a little tricky to create sessions for couples

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps me manage my client booking system. The email and service templates make it so easy to communicate with clients, and the Google Calendar integration means that I can enter non-client appointments into Google and they automatically block off time in my booking system. As a sole trader, this allows me to have a lot of flexibility between client work and "life stuff". It also helps me work with clients in different time zones.

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is visually appealing, easily navigated, and has several severely useful integrations to boost automation. Starting my Exercise Physiology business as a solo practitioner without admin support, I needed a PMS that was easily set up and had lots of features that that improved systemisation of my practice. Splose has met and exceeded all of my expectations.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are not any aspects of Splose that I would say are necessarily unhelpful. Features that are lacked are consistently being added into the program as updates. Right now I have specifically requested native bulk email/SMS features to the support team. Who immediately added my request to the product team's queue.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to easily schedule my weekly calendar, automate my client contact, send invoices, and process payments through several compensible schemes via its integrations.

I'm not a tech person at all, so good navigation, which is easy to understand, is the key for me when it comes to choosing a software. Splose is easy to use, and if I come across the difficulty of proceeding something, Splose team is available online for a chat. They are very supportive so I can ask any questions.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Anything doesn't come to my mind. They always look for something to improve for the users.

Taking online booking whle clinic is closed. And the vertification process on completing making an appointment helps reducing the "no show" rate.

how easy it was to sign up, inport and get started with booking and invoicing, the batch invoicing has been a lifesaver, 
as well as having the connectivity to xero on the dash to see ins and outs is really hepful

**What do you dislike about splose?**

not really any dislikes, however some things would be benificial,
adding a group text templates to send to participants would be fantastic
and having the ability to sort participant/contact names by surname rather than first name

batch invoing has been very handy for us, as our practitioners see the same participants multiple times a week, manually sorting that was painful
the ability to have all of our workers on the dashboard of splose is very handy as well.

**What do you like best about splose?**

The absolute best customer service I have ever received, real people respond to messages in the chat and most of the time my issue is resolved in their first response.

It makes invoicing easy,  the calendar function has lots of useful quick links and the ptogram has many more functions I have still yet to explore.

I love a lot about Splose but my main reason for choosing it initially was that data is stored in Australia in line with Australian regulations.

I haven't found any yet. Sometimes I forget how to use a feature but the people on the other end of the chat are very helpful.

Time saver, attaching files in casenotes is a simple feature.
Invoices are easily set up to meet NDIS invoicing requirements.
Being able to use the calendar to check a previous casenote saves time.

Works very well in my situation as a sole trader working with NDIS clients. Templates are easy to modify and everything looks very professional.

There are a few things that are geared to larger businesses with multiple locations that I don't currently need.

Everything is in one place and all coordinated. It has enabled me to get my new business up and running very smoothly.

**What do you like best about splose?**

The bulk invoicing is so simple, which was an aspect of the business that I was most apprehensive about - however with Splose it is incredibly easy to complete all aspects of billing. 
The calendar is clear.  I like how I can add billable travel time and click on the appointment spot to directly write my progress notes.  
The 'chat now' function is brilliant.  I was having trouble with a small aspect at about 8pm at night.  Joseph replied within 30minutes and was able to fix the issue for me easily.  
I was very anxious about the business side of being a sole trader.  However Splose with integration with xero has made it more simple to work privately than I could have ever imagined.  I have used Halaxy in a former position before, but I like the modern look of Splose and the customer service is unbeatable.

As a sole trader I would like to have the option of having message function with colleagues who are also using Splose and also be able to share forms.

Calendar, client documentation, invoicing including travel time, forms, keeping track of available hours for appointments and support activities for NDIS participants.

**What do you like best about splose?**

After using a number of different softwares for client management with different organisations, it was amazing to find software like Splose which was good to look at, easy to use and met my needs.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I haven't quite worked out how to make the service agreement function, functional for my needs. When I'm not so time-poor, I'll look at this a bit closer (which I'm sure in turn will improve my productivity)

Splose is an all-in-one system. I use it for booking, sending forms, getting client signatures, invoicing etc. I also love the integration with programs like Xero.

**What do you like best about splose?**

We really enjoy the Case management, the level of customization for templates, reminders and services and the simplicity and efficiency of the layout of the calendar.
Splose is able to adapt to different businesses needs.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

A few minor ease-of-life features could help streamline the client journey, but nothing that can't be achieved with a little extra effort.

Splose helps our clinic to keep track of our clients journey with Case managament, organize our clinicians availability and simplify our communication with our Clients!

**What do you like best about splose?**

The software support is very quick and helpful. Often responses appear within 15 min to troubleshoot or guide you to  article. And it is an actual person giving the guidance not a robot

**What do you dislike about splose?**

At the moment you cannot add detail to progress note titles that will then automatically appear in an invoice for that service. So a client cannot see the difference between two home visits even thonone was for a hoist trial and the other was genral therapy, as an example

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Details on invoices. I recently learnt where I can add my therapy discipline to all services ao this automatically appears in invoices. I will propose Splose creates a way to add specifics for appointment outcomes

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like how user-friendly this program is. The IT help is A-MA-ZING! I'm still learning, as I'm new, but having worked on many other platforms in the past, I really like this one as it's easy to learn and very self-intuitive.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

1. I only work part-time as the Practice Manager and I would like to be able to add my work hours in the Calendar for the rest of the team to see my availability. But I can't do that as I'm not a practitioner.
2. I don't like Mailchimp as an email management platform. I would prefer to have more options to integrate, something like MailerLite.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Invoicing of clients
2. Managing the calendar for the therapists in the team
3. Onboarding clients and adding their details, forms, reports, etc. 
4. Service agreement and family questionnaire per client.
5. Contacts list for non-clients.

-User-friendly approach: simplifying complex tasks. Batch invoicing & ndis bulk upload capabilities are time-saving and cost effective.

-minor IT bugs, but support team readily available to help always and software is constantly improving so not really an issue

Constantly improving it's systems, which is highly beneficially in all ways for staff and clients. They have recently implemented Case alerts (so you can ebe automatically alerted of a client's budget use and end date) as well as NDIA bulk upload - both features have improved work-flow and quality of care provided. Excited to see what is next!

I have found the platform to be intuitive and easy to use. love the many functions that help me organise and focus on the clinical work I do.

I have not encounted any downsides thus far.

It is solving many problems, organising client records, recieving and storing referral infomation, developing forms such as servcie agreements and  generating invoices. Plus many more.

I really like the functionality of Splose in terms of the tracking relevant to NDIS. It has helped us use less spreadsheets and cleaned up/made more efficient our systems.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Splose could beimproved by improving the look and feel of the software. We've migrated from Cliniko which was very user friendly. I did like the look and feel of Cliniko better than Splose.

Quicker invoicing, batch invoicing, including travel time and kms in appointments in an easier way. Tracking client hours. We are yet to set up the waitlist feature but we are looking forward to using it.

Batch invoicing is the best!
The whole system is so user friendly, quick and easy. It takes minimal time to learn how to use...no more training for hours!

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Would like it to be easier to assign a therapist to a client. Its a bit clunky at the moment to have to book and initial appointment first. Its also difficult to see who are the other assigned therapists in the team.

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love that it's easy to use and navigate! It's a simple system that is backed by incredible smarts enabling me to be fully online with all my forms, feedbacks, and paperwork that would otherwise take up a lot of extra time coordinating. Splose saves me time and headaches in my day-to-day business operations!

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I haven't come across anything that isn't easily worked around. The interface could be a bit more 'pretty' I guess but I like the cleanliness of it too.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving their forms and features and creating more useable and relevant additions to these. They are also super responsive for any difficulties that I have with some of the features enabling me to quickly get back to what I need to be doing rather than spending a bunch of time troubleshooting. I am so much more productive in my day-to-day practice and client management and love that this has the ability to grow with my business as it expands!

Integrations to other apps such as Xero and Medicare claiming software helps to have a smooth experience when it comes to accounting and staying on top of your claims.

Reduced capacity to link with HR software to assist with employee management, also reduced capacity with no smartphone application, having an app would be a great add-on to the service Splose offers and would be extremely beneficial for employees to track their calenders and complete progress notes on the road for mobile clinicians.

Helping me solve invoicing delays and saving me a lot of administration time while I am working on the road as a clinician and practice manager. Helps my team stay efficient and working towards our client's goals now has more time in our working day.

Would be great to have ability to auto populate from forms/information within Splose to all other areas. 
Also needs the ability to auto populate parent/carers names rather than the child.

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is highly functional and easy to learn and use. It is possibly the only platform that delivers on a key service promise and is now saving me over 15 hours of admin time a week.
I have also found their support team to be very accessible and responsive.
The platform has several functions included as standard, which other platforms either don't have or charge an additional fee to access.
Our team of clinicians have also enjoyed using Splose for how easy it is to record notes, issue Service Agreements, enter billing, and manage schedules.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It would be great to have enhanced practitioner profiles, and an additional level of 'team leader' access to enable them to have visibility of their team member's performance and client lists without the same level of details provided for practitioner admin access.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose has definitely reduced admin time in terms of issuing Service Agreements, entering billing, issuing invoices, and reconciling payments received. It's also quite a straight forward system, so our error margin for billing has disappeared. This means I can issue invoices without checking each one to ensure clients are billed correctly.  
We also love the new calendar function which allows a one-way sync to Outlook calendars.

**What do you like best about splose?**

Batch invoicing saves countless hours per week, access to live support increases turnaround time when our practitioners have queries, and the calendar is more intuitive than the platforms we used in the past.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I can't name any big issues with Splose. When we started, there was no room bookings, but that was added within 1-2 months - so we had to use Outlook calendars temporarily, which is no big deal.

Time wastage on platform management was a massive issue. We needed a modern system that works to save time, not works if you're willing to spend lots of time. The batch invoicing alone saves us easily 6 hours per week.
