I like that Splose seems to be more advanced than other practice management systems we've used. I also think its integrations with Google Calendar and Xero work well.

We sometimes wish that the timeline of improvements would be faster.

Splose helps me send invoices easily, receive payments, and save time with AI-assisted treatment note writing. It manages our allied health practice efficiently with appointment scheduling and invoicing features.

The interface is straightforward yet visually appealing, as well as being very user-friendly. The Xero integration is seamless, as is the Google calendar functionality. Customer support is exceptional!

Nothing, I honestly love it - any things I want changed I can suggest to them and I know it'll be actioned.

As an AuDHDer the appealing, efficient interface is critical for me to stay motivated to actually use it (i.e. keep up with my notes!).

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love Splose for its good integrations and how it eases calendar and appointment booking, form completion, emails, texts, clinical notes, and billing. It's intuitive and easy to use, a one-stop shop for everything I need for my business. The ability to integrate Splose with Xero, complete billing and bookings, and integrate forms creates smoother workflows. Splose is simple and intuitive to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

There is nothing I dislike.

I use Splose for good integrations, ease with calendar, appointment booking, form completion, emails, texts, clinical notes, and billing. It's a one-stop shop that's more simple and intuitive than our previous software, offering smoother workflows with integration to Xero.

I like how easy it is to send invoices, rebook clients and automate lots of administrative processes as a sole trader. I like that you can chat to support anytime and the AI feature that will help you navigate the website.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The UX is not completely optimized, and it definitely takes more time getting used to than a standard clinic software. However, once you become familiar, you realize how much greater it is then other practice management softwares. I also don’t like how when you press to rebook or repeat occurrences the default is “daily”, it should be weekly.

It solves handling practice management as a sole trader with no dedicated admin team.

I find that Splose automates a lot of my processes and saves me a lot of time in admin. It's reasonably intuitive, and when there are things that are a little bit difficult, I can utilise the chat feature to quickly resolve an issues. The AI chat feature is really helpful, and helped me navigate the areas of my business really easily. Also, the initial setup was quite smooth and well supported.

Sometimes some of the emailing can be a little bit confusing as certain emails are only available from certain pages.

Splose automates a lot of my processes and saves me a lot of time in admin for my private practice.

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find the integrated AI into the clients workspace the most valuable and time saving part of the system. As an independant solo practice, this saves me tons of time. They recently are trialling something called 'AI blocks', which has further revolutionised my workflow and time savings!

Despite having had a few issues, from my experience Bobby (online assistant) and then later the 'real people' you connect to have always been helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Maybe just me, but integration with Xerox seems to have some nitty gritty things to change/update. Sometimes on Xerox side, other times on Splose side. I'm not a finance person, so this gets me everything as I dont understand the finance language!

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving AI functionality. 
Also seems to be doing a lot of things relating to Australian billing and cases.

Bobby the chatbot help is the best I have seen for trouble shooting and usually solves the issue without needing to talk to a Human .
The auto-integration of forms is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Logging in requires physically putting in my business name with hyphens  —- - - .splose .coma.au  - computer  cant seem to be auto-save the log in to avoid repeating, however this may be as issue at my end

Splose is managing my invoices/receipots and bookings and progress notes and letters to referrers which streamlines the whole process and saves a lot of time !

I like that Splose focuses on functionality and frequently provides updates. It's great to have the opportunity to give input on what updates I'd like to see. Invoicing is a lot easier with Splose, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Sometimes it feels like the big improvements that would enhance the experience for the majority of users are selected, but the really small things, like not having to click into a search field, don't get prioritized. These small things actually impact the user experience quite a lot. But I am being quite picky here.

Invoicing is a lot easier with Splose.

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose offers a super friendly  user interface. Our team took to it very quickly making the transition from our old CRM stress free.

The dev team are always making updates to the platform and offer a great way for users to submit development suggestions. 

I greatly value the ability to generate an array of reports - it makes reviewing staff performance, appointment data and client information a breeze. 

We use the Batch Invoice function along with NDIS Bulk Uploads all the time.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Not much, to be totally honest. The suppprt team have always been very accepting of any feedback I have.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing is a breeze! The ability to embed our referral form on our website has also been super helpful. Also the ability to send forms to clients and have them sign and return them so easily has saved us a Docusign subscription.

Splose is user friendly and intuitive.  The functions I find most useful are attaching an invoice and progress note right to the calendar.  Those are the functions i use most often.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

AI isn't really applicable to my purposes.  I also don't make full use of all the features available, but those i do use are helpful.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose provides a single space for the admin involved in being a play therapist.  I am newly qualified and have only used splose, but my colleagues had to use more than one service in the past for invoicing, calendars, and progress notes, communication with clients etc.  splose has it all.

I like the variety of tools that I can use within one program with Splose. It's helpful to just navigate around one website and do pretty much everything I need for a client in one place. Splose is convenient and streamlined, saving me time by decreasing the need to navigate different systems. It handles emailing, reminders, invoicing, and keeps track of payments, along with providing calendar and note-taking features.

I found it a challenge to set up, but I think that's more about my lack of experience doing it than Splose itself.

Great for managing client information and high level practice performance.  Intuitive screen layout and the online chat function is excellent in helping to resolve issues.

When downloading pre-populated forms into a PDF the formatting is lost.  The end document does not look good so manual re-formatting is required before document can be sent out to clients.

The formatting when completing reports on Splose is very difficult and tedious. I would prefer to use Microsoft Word to write reports.

It is easy to generate forms, embed information, schedule clients, and create notes. It's a good-looking platform, and it's a powerful application. Having previously used Cliniko, I prefer Splose.

After almost 3 years of using Splose, I can confidently say that it's been seamless.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Price is a factor. I do think it's a worth it but there was a significant price rise in the last financial year.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the CRM process to be as simple as possible. I like that they're always upgrading, learning and taking on feedback. 
They regularly provide updates about changes (but I'm time poor and haven't implemented them). I wish I could maximise my use as I'm sure I don't but that's user error!

Easy UI and very simple to use compared to other practice management systems I’ve tried. I love the chat box support, so I can get help and troubleshoot even when the team is offline. It’s very user-friendly, and they actually take on feedback. I use Splose daily, and it has really simplified and streamlined my processes. It was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use.

some minor system improvements could be used (e.g. rescheduling appointments with paid invoices) but these are on the timeline for them to implement.

Easy client management, booking reminders, invoicing, NDIS invoicing with plan managers, waitlist and intake forms, ndis service agreements.

The AI assistant Bobby is incredibly helpful and I can easily find answers to many of my questions. Support is also handy and the responsiveness is good. Many of the features are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I find it incredibly challenging to copy and paste from a word doc into Splose notes - all the formatting is lost and I spend too long trying to just make the notes look half decent.
I don't like that case budgets are tracked from the calendar as opposed to what's actually invoiced. I have some issues with travel time on either side of an appointment showing, even when I set travel to zero (if telehealth).

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose offers an intuitive interface that makes day-to-day practice management smooth and efficient. From scheduling and client communication to documentation and invoicing, everything is well integrated. The customizable templates, client portal, and automation tools are particularly useful for maintaining a professional workflow while saving time. Their AI features are also helpful for progress note writing.
I find their customer support very responsive and they are well priced.
The fact that they sync live with Xero has been a great advantage for us.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are still some features I hope they will update. 
The fact that you can't send messages to contacts is cumbersome.
Their data export option is also limited.

Splose has reduced the administrative burden in our practice by consolidating multiple tools into one streamlined platform. 

The live syncing with Xero has been a great help with remittances and staying on top of finances.

**What do you like best about splose?**

I am finding Splose very easy to use, the AI note-taking has been a game changer and works relatively well most of the time. For NZ based physios their ACC integration has been a breeze and if ever you need help, Billy the chatbot is fantastic or their team responsive if Billy cannot assist. They are great at implementing changes submitted by the community and the platform continues to evolve constantly. It is only a matter of time before they will dominate the industry if they continue to do what they do.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are still a few things that are a bit clunky, but they are always changing and improving these. For NZ-based physios the most difficult thing for me currently is not being able to invoice an appointment until an ACC claim is linked. Meaning you can't generate an invoice for a surcharge +/- email a receipt/invoice until after you have lodged the ACC claim and attached it to the appointment.

Several things are really good! The AI integration right inside the note taking window. It is so easy to use, and functionality has been ideal for our needs. When getting in trouble or needing help, the AI bot is great and a person is always at the end of the conversations.
