What do you like best about splose?

Good support. The Support bot is actually super great. I can automate ACC invoicing and the notes are (mostly) awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

MAJOR BEEF: No way for clients to cancel/reschedule their bookings. This adds a lot of load to my day!! Some of the interface isn't very user-friendly. There's drop-boxes and settings that need to be changed but are located in unexpected areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

I have found it a very easy system to use, the help guides and AI bot are able to help during times when I need help. They have always been quick to rectify any issues. It integrates seamlessly with Xero for my business making it even easier to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

As its a newer interface there are still small features that could make things a bit easier. However they have an easy feature suggestion system and are slowly upgrading things which is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

Just the functionality, UI and the range of sub-services within the product. For example, APIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Just some inconsistencies. Such as invoices being issued, and if we changed practitioner's name, later on, the past invoices also get changed, which it shouldn't? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

Splose has been transformative for us at CT from streamlining consumer / participant onboarding through to scheduling, clinical documentation, reporting and accounts. The system is very easy to use, new clinicians are able to learn how to use it quickly and it is very fast. The user interface is very simple of clinicians to navigate which is important as it allows our team to focus on delivering great healthcare rather than navigating a complex system! What do you like best about splose?

I love how visually pleasing Splose is and it works well with how my brain works! Their customer service is outstanding as well. They've always been super responsive and patient when explaining things. I found it very easy to integrate my other serivces like Zoom into the platform. I look forward to their growth and future features they will add. I highly reccomend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

The downsides are more about future features I'd love to see added. I have telehealth clients but I also do some consulting for oranisations. It would be great to have a section that is tailored to consulting with organisations. I currently set it up in the same client section that I use for my telehealth clients. It is very do-able, but it's an area that could be further developed. It would be great to have all emails between myself and clients captured within Splose. The support team are extremely patient and helpful. I am not great with doing technical things via remote chat and they were very persistent in helping to solve the issues I was having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
