What do you like best about splose?

Good support. The Support bot is actually super great. I can automate ACC invoicing and the notes are (mostly) awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

MAJOR BEEF: No way for clients to cancel/reschedule their bookings. This adds a lot of load to my day!! Some of the interface isn't very user-friendly. There's drop-boxes and settings that need to be changed but are located in unexpected areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

I have found it a very easy system to use, the help guides and AI bot are able to help during times when I need help. They have always been quick to rectify any issues. It integrates seamlessly with Xero for my business making it even easier to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

Splose has been transformative for us at CT from streamlining consumer / participant onboarding through to scheduling, clinical documentation, reporting and accounts. The system is very easy to use, new clinicians are able to learn how to use it quickly and it is very fast. The user interface is very simple of clinicians to navigate which is important as it allows our team to focus on delivering great healthcare rather than navigating a complex system! What do you dislike about splose?

In short, nothing. splose has always been very responsive to any feature request we have raised. They have been clear with us from the start with what they can do and in the future what may come! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?

Splose has solved so many things for us. Clinically it has enhanced our multidisciplinary team care approach with clinical notes being so easy to access and the communication logs have helped a lot here too. It is also really easy for clinicians to use which is really important to us as we want our team focused on delivering great care and spending less time on admin. From an administrative, reporting and accounts perspective it is so powerful. The 2 way xero integration is a lifesaver and batch invoicing is unbelievable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about splose?

I love how visually pleasing Splose is and it works well with how my brain works! Their customer service is outstanding as well. They've always been super responsive and patient when explaining things. I found it very easy to integrate my other serivces like Zoom into the platform. I look forward to their growth and future features they will add. I highly reccomend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

The downsides are more about future features I'd love to see added. I have telehealth clients but I also do some consulting for oranisations. It would be great to have a section that is tailored to consulting with organisations. I currently set it up in the same client section that I use for my telehealth clients. It is very do-able, but it's an area that could be further developed. It would be great to have all emails between myself and clients captured within Splose.
