
I am thrilled with Speakap's accessible application, which has significantly increased our daily and monthly active user engagement, exceeding our expectations. The ability for various team members to easily post updates lessens the workload for our Communication team. The capability to quickly reach operational employees more effectively is another standout. I found a challenge with the setup process where we encountered a hiccup in arranging the SSO environment. This resulted in a two-week delay of the launch, and we couldn't go live with an SSO approach initially, which was a significant wish. Additionally, Speakap could put more focus on customer needs and wishes, particularly concerning the journey module.
