"Exceptional Engagement and Support with Speakap"
What do you like best about Speakap?

I am thrilled with Speakap's accessible application, which has significantly increased our daily and monthly active user engagement, exceeding our expectations. The ability for various team members to easily post updates lessens the workload for our Communication team. The capability to quickly reach operational employees more effectively is another standout. Moreover, the good relationship with the Customer Success Manager greatly enhances my satisfaction with the service, making it a compelling choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Speakap?

I found a challenge with the setup process where we encountered a hiccup in arranging the SSO environment. This resulted in a two-week delay of the launch, and we couldn't go live with an SSO approach initially, which was a significant wish. Additionally, Speakap could put more focus on customer needs and wishes, particularly concerning the journey module. The current journey module is quite basic, and since more clients use it as an onboarding tool, enhancing it would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Speakap?

Speakap has made it easy for our entire organization to stay connected. From bus drivers to office staff to purchasers who travel all over, the app connects everyone. Even colleagues who speak a different language find their way around the app. In addition, Speakap is user-friendly, has a visually appealing interface, and we’ve had a great experience with their support team. What do you dislike about Speakap?

We are really looking forward to the new chat feature. The current chat isn't very advanced, which means we're missing certain functionalities. For example: the ability to delete a message or replay to a specific one. Additionally, it would be great if the app included a feature to automatically send birthday wishes. What do you like best about Speakap?

Speakap is very user-friendly. It’s intuitive and easy to use, so everyone can get started quickly - from office staff to frontline employees. Plus, it’s incredibly convenient that Speakap works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile. It keeps everyone connected, no matter where they are, which is a huge advantage for our organization.

What I personally find most valuable is the ability to set up groups. This allows us to communicate in a highly targeted way – for example, only with managers, with colleagues from a specific location, or with employees in a certain country. It makes our communication not only more efficient, but also much more relevant for everyone involved.

There are also many options when it comes to add-ons. And if something isn’t available yet or doesn’t quite fit, the Speakap team is always open to new ideas and collaborations. They really think along with you and are incredibly customer-focused. Communication is fast, pleasant, and solution-oriented – truly a pleasure to work with.

Speakap, or Domino's Chat as we call it, provides an easily accessible and user-friendly platform to connect and share business relevant information.

With various features such as static pages or reactions, Speakap has always ensured that the shared content is easy to consume. What do you dislike about Speakap?

What do you like best about Speakap?

Its created a modern easy to use and most of all engaging way for ALL our colleague to keep in touch. Its doesn't require everyone to have company emails and has already become a success within our venues based bsuiness just weks after launch.

- We can communicate with everyone in a smooth and simple way.

- Employees can see much more quickly when something is communicated.

- Employees can communicate with each other; we no longer use WhatsApp as it was -sensitive to privacy issues.
