Speakap makes it quick and simple to reach a vast number of employees who otherwise would be disengaged or entirely out of the loop. Before Speakap we tried to engage our team through email, but we were missing more than half of the workforce who did not have a company email. Our business is also transient, so to differentiate ourselves from our competitors we use Speakap to break down the wall between management and employee.
