**What do you like best about Speakap?**

It is a great tool to keep the flow and exchange of information effective and frequent among the entire team, thus ensuring that all members of the team handle the same information, which helps improve the performance of the entire team.

**What do you dislike about Speakap?**

It is a tool, very practical but some of its functions work or are handled with some errors which are tedious to handle when using the tool.

**What problems is Speakap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very efficient tool to maintain effective and constant communication with the entire team, thus improving communication and interpersonal relationships among the entire team.
