I do NOT like the Primary column. I never use it. I hide it everytime. I do not like that we cannot have tabs like excel. I use smartsheet on a daily basis and is now an essential software in all of my day-to-day tasks. I love how it can make my tasks and reports look more aesthetically pleasing. It makes presenting and planning so much easier, especially as it is so easy to share to anyone in the business. It also makes collaboration on tasks much more efficient. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** The only negative thing I can see is that sometimes the taskbar can take a while to understand and find where actions are, so needed to take time to refer to some videos to find the actions that I wanted. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was resorting to Excel to produce status reports and project manage, which looked very basic and didn't always visualise the message that needed to be conveyed.
