The ability to group information is really cool, and my favorite part of reports is they're interactive. So, if I update something in a report, it updates in the underlying sheet. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** I think it's often slow and does not feel like a snappy piece of software. It has some quirks and limitations at times. It handles formulas and stuff in a different way than Excel, so it takes some time to get used to.
