The employee&#39;s response time is mostly outside the software&#39;s control, but the lag between a submission landing and someone acting on it is pure workflow, and automation that routes a response to the right person the moment it arrives removes the step where a form sits unnoticed. The report-generation slowness one tool gets dinged for is the same problem wearing a different hat: insight that exists but can&#39;t be pulled fast enough to act on.
