# Smartsheet real-time spreadsheet sharing is great, but how do you fix inconsistent closing emails?

What I like most about Smartsheet is that it works like a live spreadsheet, so real-time updates can be shared across the team and everyone stays up to date. The main challenge has been getting closing emails to send consistently. For those using Smartsheet for live collaboration, have you found any reliable way to improve the consistency of those closing emails?
