Signeasy greatly saves us time in signing process as we don't have to deal with printers anymore. The best feature is probably the convenience that we can use it on the go on phone or tablet. It integrates well with Google applications like Google drive. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** I feel that the pricing is not cost-effective for individuals and small businesses and can be adjusted. I don't have any dislikes as per the feature it offers. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signeasy helps us to eliminate the need of printers and also saves paper. Additionally, it integrates easily with your document environment. The feature appears in your email or you can go directly into the platform as needed. It doesn't take much additional effort to add it into your daily work habits (implementation is easy). Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but billing/account management is also a breeze. They also continue to add improvments (doument forwarding, signature certificates, etc) without making their users pay extra at the of the initial subscription period. DocuSign can perform similarly but is much harder to navigate, costs significantly more, and is very confusing when it comes to selecting user-type (standard, business, etc etc). **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** Nothing so far, it is fantastic! The signing process is very detailed, and the signatures and the form filling have improved in time. The whole interface is great, it's very very pocket-friendly (not expensive at all) and overall It's mobile-friendly too which means I can sign documents on the Go. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** None actually. Sometimes Signeasy behaves weirdly on different browsers and that being said these browsers can be outdated or they have a new version avail anytime which makes a few apps like Signeasy to not operate at 100%. Since Covid many of us still work from home, therefore the need to get documents signed electronically is still there. We have 20 department therefore 20 different department heads that need to approve invoices- this is our main use for Sign Easy however we do occasionally use it to sign other documents within the team. It provides a clear and detailed audit log for the signature. Overall brilliant product. Customer support is always very helpful and quick to respond. We implemented the system during covid as everyone was then remote workers however even with many back on site we still use the system. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** One niggle is the notifications, if a second signatory is required there is a box to tick to ensure the first signatory signs and then it automatically sends to the next (brilliant) however the second or third also get a notification that there is a document to sign even though they cannot at that point sign.
