SignEasy Streamlined Our HR & Finance Workflows with Fast, Easy eSignatures

SignEasy has streamlined SO many of our internal processes, particularly in HR & Finance. No more printing, scanning, uploading (...) -- everything now goes through one platform, and an easy-to-use one at that! The platform integrates super well with Drive, is fast, and the cost is reasonable given the time we've saved our team. The SignEasy team is always available to answer questions, and they made the transition to the platform so easy.

Being able to put a signing order Very easy to use, you can actually navigate it yourself without training Intergration with outlook is really helpful makes things easier 100% uptime and fast Company pricing can be too high support services reply sometimes AI-powered assistant helps streamline contract reviews, accelerate turnaround times and simplify document management.

Simplifies Document Signing with a Free Tier

I really like Signeasy's free tier, which is excellent for small companies like ours. It's a great way to start with digitally signed documents, especially if you're only signing two or three documents per month since it's all free. I also find it extremely valuable that Signeasy stores contacts after you send documents. This feature makes subsequent document signing much easier since you don't have to re-enter contact information each time.
