# I want to be able to add notes to a signed document, like admin notes that only i can see

When a document has been signed by a client in my rental business it would be nice to be able to add notes to a contract, say if they take an extra helmet i could add it there.

As far as i have found all notes are all fully visible

Hi Roderick, My primary use of SignEasy has been to accomplish signatures remotely, so I haven’t experimented with adding notes. If I get a moment, I will see if I can figure that out. -Regards, Joe
