But their support staff quickly helped me identify these issues and resolve them. Cheaper than most competition but I don't notice any lack of quality from this, if anything it's more straight forward than others. Great for our non-profit without a huge budget. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** Uploading from google docs doesn't work well on the app, which is a typical apple thing but it can be annoying as i work in the office on an IPad, I would save sign easy work for at home when I had my desktop for ease of use. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps with digital signing as we are a remote org with employees all across the country, we also do hiring and need lots of contracts and applications signed. In our utilization, every document uses the same 4 or 5 fields to send the documents for signature. I also like the feature of two-factor authenticator, helps give us more security at sending the documents. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** It would be helpful to not have to choose before uploading the document whether it's being signed by me or being sent to others! It's happened to me that I'm signing the document but because I uploaded it and did not choose the "I'm signing" option, it automatically chooses sending and I have to upload it again and choose the "I'm signing" option. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a business, we have to send daily a lot of documents to be signed. If we were signing them on paper first, it would be chaotically so much printed paper; second, our archive would have to be huge and searching documents would not be as easy as control + F; and third, having to recollect the signatures would take us at least triple the time. Even users that aren't technically adept have been able to jump into the service and use it quickly with minimal support. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** We have adapted signeasy to serve as an invoice processing instead of just contractual signoff tool. The rigidity of contracts hinders the attempts at correcting items however it is mandatory for the service's primary purpose. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signeasy is making it much easier for us to process invoices for payment to outside vendors as well as getting simple contracts signed off. Signeasy tracks the items and statuses making it easy to see if you need to follow up on any items before they reach a critically point. ### 35. It outlines plainly where to edit for certain signers and provides an efficient way to fill out a form or sign a document. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** At first it was a little bit of a learning curve with how you were to sign a document. Understanding it now isn't a problem, but to new users, when you have to click send now to then sign a document can be a little nerve wracking if the docuemnt has already been sent before the signing order was sent. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sign easy benefits me through the draft documents that can be saved and then submitted to a small team for signatures. They provide the tools needed to make something that in the past took me 20 minutes to do, less than 5. ### 36.
