It's so easy, I was able to train all of the office staff how to use it in less than an hour! **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** I would like to see some more features offered with the lower packages. As an office of only 4, we only require 1 login, and some of the features on the higher packages would be nice, but we can't justify the extra costs. Also, it's been very difficult to log in lately, I enter the correct password and user name several times and the screen keeps resetting to the log in. I have to reset my cookies and history every time I want to log into the program. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of our customers don't have the means to print out our documents and sign and return to us (no printer or no scanner). And then there are the ones that can't even sign in the correct areas! The cost by comparison to other signing programs is minimal and it massively speeds up contract reviewing time and the execution process since vendors no longer need to print and scan. It's greener and it also allows us to receive the fully executed document back instead of just a signature page. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** No downsides - we are very satisfied with the program **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** it significantly speeds of contract review/execution. it allows us to receive signed forms back faster than traditional methods. It's greener, wastes less paper and allows us to receive a full contract back instead of just a signature page. ### 38. The monthly subscription is pretty decent for one user. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** When I send documents to be signed and completed, sometimes the signer lets me know that SignEasy kicked them out of completing the documents, then I have to often resend it. I also don't like that I have to input one-signer's email for each document that I send. I would like to send a list of documents and only have to enter their email and name once. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I added a new seat to my account, but I was unaware that it would cost another $40 to add a chair, the pricing list when I added the extra seat didn't give me that price. So, I am working on getting this problem fixed as of now. ### 39. I can also drag/drop with ease. I like the color coding of signers and the ability to duplicate fields on following pages. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** Not having the ability to download my contacts from iOS (at least on desktop) I also dislike that I cannot go backward to edit introductions, receipients, etc. If I go back - I lose EVERYTHING - there is probably a workaround or BKM for avoiding this - but I shouldn't have to think about it. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document collection, archiving, and verified signature loops and communication of status, and providing executed copies to all signers and CC candidates ### 41. It was easy to set up a template and complete signing off of an iPad. We were then able to connect our Signeasy account to DropBox using Zapier to store all of the releases seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** It can be confusing when sending documents for signing electronically from the iPad or mobile app. The request goes out to the individual but tracking if they've signed it or not can be confusing. **What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a program for in-person signing primarily, for those purposes the program works great! We input the user through the template and they receive a copy to their email. ### 43. Its a win-win for everyone! **What do you dislike about Signeasy?** Since ALL boxes must be filled in before a customer is allowed to proceed with with filling out a form is a small inconvenience. There are lots of areas that will be non-applicable to customer, and if they dont think to type N/A, the software wont let them complete and send the form.
