**What do you like best about Shapes?**

I like that it is super-friendly for both the administrator and the employee. It is very intuitive, and if you don't understand something, you can reach out and get fast and easy.
It addresses all the pain points of HR in every organization and provides a great solution. We are a global start-up with 40 employees, and I used to do everything manually for three years. This is my personal savior as a stand-alone HR system. It allows the team to have transparency into their PTO balance, benefits, and team calendars.

Most importantly, I was a tough cookie to crack with implementation and my impossible schedule- it took a very long time. Still, Ben did not give up on me and really guided me through the process while taking charge when I was so busy that it seemed I had no time to finish this implementation. For me, it is imperative to have a face and a name for such a process, and with no doubt - that is one of the biggest reasons to partner with DT.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

So far, nothing. We have just implemented it, and I've received positive feedback from the global team.

**What problems is Shapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primerily, it solves our PTO, vacation, balace manemgment all across our territories (US, UK, Israel and Poland).

In addition, it is built to be our source of truth to all things concerning our team's management and workflow.

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

Great customer Support, super responsive. 
Also, I like the fact that problems are addressed and taken care of, even through production.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

Sometimes things are not super intuitive and I really needed the guidenss of Ben. A 'Walk Me' stile bot maybe could help through policies and workflows.

**What problems is Shapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps new employees get familiar with the org chart during onboarding and centralizes all personal information in one place, including birthdays, work anniversaries, time off, phone numbers, and emails—making it easily accessible to everyone.  

As the person responsible for employee experience, it allows me to gather information across the company, such as personal details that I ask employees to fill in their profiles.  

With the transition to the platform, we eliminated many spreadsheets, including those tracking seniority to see who is approaching a raise or promotion. The ability to look beyond just the upcoming month has been incredibly helpful, along with the birthday reminders and other notifications you’ve started sending.  

I have to admit, I’d love to make better use of the Workflows feature, which we haven’t been able to fully utilize yet.

I recently had the pleasure of using DreamTeam, and I must say, it truly lives up to its name. The aspect I loved most about DreamTeam is its remarkable user-friendliness. From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by how intuitive and straightforward it is. There's no steep learning curve here—everything is designed to be as simple as possible, allowing users to dive right in and start using it effectively from day one.

A very easy to use and implement platform. you can start running with if pretty immediately.
Very customizable, you can customize fields and add workflows as you wish, and it also offers you some basic templates.
Good visualization of org structure.,
Communication with the account manager is super helpful and the service is great.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

Using the platform is not intuitive, it requires a certain level of expertise and memory to remember how to reach certain screens.
Organizing the files within employee's label is not comfortable.
The view of list of employee is not comfortable. the filtering of current/ former employees needs to be divided to different places.
Generating and exporting reports is super uncomfortable.

As an HR specialist, I have found DreamTeam to be exceptionally beneficial and effective in streamlining our processes - performance reviews, onboarding, and more. The service is 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

While we are highly satisfied with the current functionality, I believe that a few small enhancements could further elevate the user experience and contribute to even greater efficiency. For example, adding holidays and birthdays to the calendar, and assigning workflows in bulk.

I love that the platform is very easy to understand. The usage is clear and convenient, making it easy to access what's available in the system and configure the options according to my personal needs.

It's hard to say that I don't like anything, but there are functions that are still missing in the system. However, I took that into account when I started using it, understanding that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

DreamTeam is a great replacement for a clunky old spreadsheets for managing paid time off. It was easy to get it up and running and when we ran into questions, the customer support was great when I ran into issues.

I like everything so far, no complaints!

We were just using a spreadsheet but only HR & Finance had access to it so no one ever knew how many days off they had left (unless they tracked it themselves). DreamTeam helped us share that info.

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

The most helpful about DreamTeam is their comprehension of their client's needs, great customer service and timely resolution of issues that may occur. The platform is user friendly and easy to understand. The features are customizable which is always helpful when extracting certain data and information we would need. Implementation is fast and easy to deploy company-wide. The notification features added were super helpful when field changes are made, which helps automate certain processes and information distribution within the company. Last, the integreation with our ATS (Lever) helps us onboard people faster and is a great thing to have.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

One area of improvement I would ask is to have the fields on the administrator side all one colour. Having too many options of colour may be distracting to other parties.

**What problems is Shapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DreamTeam is solving our housing of tutor data within one system. The system helps keep information in one hub and helps us report on department needs. Consolidating all pertinent information is needed accross the company and this is how DreamTeam is helping us solve this problem.

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

First of all, great customer service. 
From the beginning, the sales lead guided me through the whole process and was very patient with every question.
Ben, The CS kept walking me through learning and implementing the system, always with kindness and patience. 
That included several meetings for every question I had. Also, they make you feel how every feedback counts and you can see how some of the improvements that were mentioned by the users were implemented in the system.
The system is very intuitive and easy to use and helps manage all employees daily.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

Since tit's pretty new, some features and intergration are missing. 
With that being said, they're adding them pretty quickly while making sure it suits their users.

Manage all employee's data in one place. Time management and attendance (days off, sick days, etc.). Onboarding with automated reminders .

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

I love that DreamTeam is customisable to suit our company's unique needs. Our structure does not fall within the typical HR framework and DreamTeam has made it possible for us to customise the product exactly as we needed. No more complicated and overly expensive HR systems for us! The support from DreamTeam is also phenomenal. I have yet to find a software partner that is this hands on and available to assist at all times.

Implementation has been seemless and integrating the system to our inner systems has been without hickups. The platform is simple, straight forward and super easy to use.

I have yet to find a feature that I do not like. The team are very open to feedback and implementing specific suggestions.

Dreamteam has replaced our entire HR administration, saving us a ton of time in this department.

Sometimes there are limitations on what I can view, and I'd like to have more options, such as performance management for different teams and their unique structures.

Pretty simple interface, incredibly easy to set up and the team has been phenomenally helpful. Also as an early stage start-up, it's always nice to support the up and coming and their price structuring for small companies is the best.

It's definitely a work in progress and the functions are not as advanced as a tenured HRIS (yet).

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

Dream Team is a user-friendly, intuitive platform.
The implementation was easy, and we received a quick response (less than 10 minutes!) for every question we had.
The support team takes any feedback seriously and works for improvements as soon as possible. 
Our employees shared great feedback regarding using the system.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

Some features that could assist HR processes still need to be added to the platform, such as expense reimbursement and specific time off reports. The team is aware and trying to find the best solution for those subjects.

We are using the platform for time-off reports and core HR processes and workflows, such as onboarding and offboarding.

1. System Features: The quality and comprehensiveness of features are essential . The Dream Team HR System offers a range of features that cater to various HR needs, such as onboarding, performance management, time and attendance tracking and improved communication between teams. 

2. Cost: The cost of the DT is a significant factor to consider. The pricing aligns with our budget and provides good value for the features and functionality it offers compared to more expensive software or excel tracking.
3. User Interface: flexibility, user-friendly, fast adoption and productivity. on top of easy to navigate, visually appealing, and responsive of the  DT's team.

Ultimately, the Dream Team HR System strike a balance between its features, cost, and user interface, aligning with your organization's HR management needs and budget while offering a pleasant user experience.

I haven't encountered any down sides to using DreamTeam.

DreamTeam has provided a central place to store essential employee details,  in an easy to use and easy to personalise fashion. DreamTeam has been able to allow me to customize the way we operate to suit our culture and simplify and manage HR processes such as recording time away, and use that information to automate useful insights in a user friendly dashboard. It is bringing togther in a really simple format, some key people operations and has provided clear and easy ways to manage people related activites. I can aslo see how we scale how we use DreamTeam moving forward as our team continues to learn how to use the platform to the best of its abilities. It doesn't feel like a "corporate" tool but more of a collaborative way of bringing people.

It's super easy to interact with teammates and view different pipelines! I personally use it a lot for candidate survey purposes and it makes it super easy to identify trends and create reports.

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

The platform is great, but sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find what I need. I remember at first I had trouble finding how to view candidate surveys. It would be easier to be able to simply select to view rather than having to hover over an extra button.

It's much easier for our team to view and analyze candidate survey results compared to other platforms that we've previously used. Creating reports is easy as well.

Dreamteam is very easy to use and very customizable so it fits our needs perfectly.
The support team does an amazing job helping to integrate DT to our system and really makes sure that we know how to use it proparly.
We get regular updates on new features and help with anything we need.

i'm missing some integrations that would be very helpful but are not dealbreakers for me.

**What do you like best about Shapes?**

Integration was a breeze, and we immediately got (almost) all the dashboards we could dream of at the tips of our fingers. The system is self-explanatory and easy to use, and recruiters started using it the next day. The team is super committed and responsive to all of our questions and is constantly bringing in more features (some at our request)

**What do you dislike about Shapes?**

It doesn't support custom field reports yet, but I trust it's coming up. Not all of the reports follow the same logic as the ones we had in the ATS so take some getting used to and comparison.

**What problems is Shapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings together reports in a manner that has them available at a glance at all times. this saves hundreds of hours of working with BI on manually creating dashboards out of ATS data. This way the recruiting team is completely independent in creating their reports and dashboards, and having the data available gives them the time to ask more complex questions and get better buy-in from hiring managers.
